Located on the ground floor of a quiet building, within the condominium courtyard.
A unique, comfortable space with a well-equipped kitchen, sofa, smart TV, and ultra-fast WiFi.
Bathroom with spacious showerhead.
The sleeping area is upstairs, with the option of a double bed or two singles. Let me know which option you prefer.
There's direct access to the living area.
In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need for cooking. The tap water is drinkable and can be used for both drinking and cooking; however, I provide a microfilter jug.
In the closet, I provide an iron and ironing board, as well as extra pillows and blankets.
The sleeping area is a loft, very spacious and private. Keep in mind that the ceilings upstairs are 1. 5 meters high, and you'll need to use a ladder to get there. If either of these things makes you uncomfortable, the sofa downstairs converts into a very comfortable bed.
The bathroom, beautifully finished with a spacious shower with a rain showerhead, completes the picture.

I've lived in Rome for over twenty years, and San Lorenzo has been my adopted neighborhood since my college days.
For various reasons, traveling is difficult for me, but being able to host people who come from all over the world to visit this wonderful city and be part of their experience, and hopefully their memories, is a wonderful thing.

A must-see is the Basilica of San Lorenzo Fuori Le Mura, a beautiful church dating back to the 4th century AD, built adjacent to the famous Verano cemetery.
