The apartment spans 32 square meters, excluding the garden, and features an entrance with a kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. Guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast with croissants, snacks, candies, coffee, and tea. The apartment is equipped with towels, blankets, a hairdryer, heating, Wi-Fi, a stove, kitchen utensils, and a washing machine located in the garden. The neighborhood is famous for its remnants of the Roman aqueduct and offers a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, cinemas, and a shopping center. Its location is ideal: in just 15 minutes by car, you can reach the center of Rome, with the C metro stops Gardenie and Mirti and bus and tram terminals nearby. In short, I deeply love my neighborhood, and I am sure you will be enchanted by it too!

The neighborhood is well-known as one of the historic areas of Rome, featuring remnants of the Roman aqueduct. It's filled with shops for shopping, as well as restaurants, pubs, cinemas, and a shopping center. For personal reasons we chose this property in the suburbs. Given the proximity of both the metro and the tram and buses, we had no difficulty getting to the center. In fact, because of its inner location, the quiet allowed us to sleep well at night. Within a few meters there are all the necessary bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The highlight is the front terrace where you can relax. We will definitely return on our next stay in Rome.

I had a very good stay. The room was clean, cozy and in a quiet area. The hosts were kind and helpful. Excellent experience. Highly recommended. I will gladly return.
