Description
“Abbraccia Morfeo”, located on the first floor of a typical italian “villa” of the twentieth-century, in a green peacefull oasis, few minutes away from the centre of Roma, in one of the most characteristic neighbourhood of Roma.

Near by we can find the archeological park of Villa De Santis with the catacombs of saint such as Marcellino and Pietro; the typical Italian restaurants “Trattorie” with the real “Roman cuisine” out the touristic circuit; and many multiethnik retaurants.

Abbraccia Morfeo has been recently renovating by the owners, who lives on the ground floor, wich will welcome you with very friendly warmness.

All rooms are very confortable and well furnished; all with TV e internet acces.

All bathrooms are equipped with shower, hairdryer.

Breakfast will be served in the garden or in the dining room.

Abbraccia Morfeo is 15 minutes away from Termini station (center city), bus 105 or metro Pantano-Laziali, and 10 minutes away from Tiburtina station bus 409.

If you arrive Ciampino or Fiumicino airport, you will have
to take the shuttle to Termini station (LEONARDO EXPRESS 14, 00€ per person or the BUS).

From Termini station you will go to via Govanni Giolitti (don't take n°5 tram or n°14 tram)
and walk to n° 267 via GIOVANNI GIOLITTI.
There you will see, on the other side of the street, the LAZIALI TERMINAL,
take the first tram at Laziali - Centocelle TRAM it is yellow and white,
(first one start 6. 00 am last one start 09. 30 pm every 10 minutes)
or you can also take the 105 BUS (first start
6. 00am last start 12. 00pm every 10 minutes) in front of
Termini station (but the tram is easier and faster than the bus).

YOU WILL HAVE TO GET OF "TORPIGNATTARA" STOP
then go on foot
to n°535 Via Casilina, and turn in your left.

This bnb was everything we could have asked for and more. Easy to get to from the Termini station, in a quiet neighborhood and affordable. The rooftop terrace was adorable and we enjoyed the views of the neighborhood. Breakfast was prepared by the host and it was delicious and healthy. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a patio overlooking the yard. I would 10/10 recommend this bnb, you will not be disappointed!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and nice, and the house was cute. The host was really friendly and kind. However, the only thing that could be mentioned would be the location, but we already knew about this. Unfortunately, we were in Rome during a train strike, so it made traveling a bit more difficult for us. We had to take the bus and tram. However, in the last few days when everything was okay again, it was easy to take the tram to the center. It was not far from the property. This is a great stay for people on a budget, looking for accommodations about 15-20 min outside of the city core.

The accommodation is beautiful, impeccable, and Mario ensures you are comfortable. Upon arrival, you find everything very organized in a folder that provides necessary information for getting around Rome. The view from the room's balcony overlooks a beautiful garden that brightens your mornings. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The kitchen you have access to is very well-equipped and the coffee...spectacular. Note that the rooms are on the second floor, only stairs, and although it's not located in the city center, you can get around by bus or train, the stations are 5 minutes away. I would book this space again without hesitation, I recommend it 100%.

Definitely one of the best experiences ever. The room and the house are beautiful and fully renovated. We loved the hangout area at the rooftop. The host, Mario, is super kind and very accommodating (my boyfriend is vegan and he prepared special breakfast for him). He also rushed to have our room ready even before the regular check in time. Every time we had questions about Rome, getting around, or any recommendations, Mario would respond right away. The tram is very close to the house and you get to city center in less than 20 minutes. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice B&B in a working neighborhood of Rome. Abbraccia Morfeo is a great place to stay, and Mario is an excellent host. You get to see how people live outside the tourist areas and get to try local restaurants that cater to them, not just tourists. It's about 30 minutes to Roma's Termini by tram or bus, from there, you can get to any attractions in the city easily. Only downside I see here is if you arrive by car, there is limited street parking (it's not safe to leave anything in the car) and the parking lot that is available has limited hours of operation (also, it's closed on Sundays and holidays).

My daughter and I took a trip to Rome in March to celebrate her birthday. We stayed at B&B for one week and it was incredible! It is located outside the city center, but not far from the center. We took public transportation to reach all the most popular sightseeing places. Mario, who is the host/owner of this small paradise, was the most generous, kind, helpful, and attentive to all of our needs. His energy lights up the room. The room itself was very clean, spacious, with the balcony overlooking the garden and mountains in the distance. Breakfast was served every morning, Italian style, compliments to Mario. Full kitchen is available to you at any time of the day, along with a big patio space where you can stargaze, or perhaps enjoy your morning cappuccino. We hope to visit again in the future.

The host is truly attentive and charming, and the b&b is lovely, quiet, and comfortable. It was very easy to organize the logistics of the visit. I felt immediately welcome and well taken care of. I wouldn't think of staying elsewhere in Rome; this was, by far, my best experience in the city!

Excellent facility outside the tourist center in the Torpignattara area, easily reachable by public transport and Tram. Very knowledgeable and helpful manager in giving 'right' advice to move around Rome easily. Well done. We will come back soon.

The host, Mario, is fabulous. The accommodations in room C are clean and welcoming. The bed in room C was firm but still comfortable. There is a rooftop terrace for breakfast or relaxing that is wonderful.

The B&B is not located in the strict center of Rome, but thanks to this you can rest in peace and quiet on the beautiful terrace at the end of the crowded day. The accommodation has a very good connection with public transport to the city center (about 30-40 minutes to the Colosseum). There is a good and cheap takeaway pizza place (Pizza Rustica) and a Carrefour shop nearby. We had room B, it was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable, it had a small balcony and, most importantly, air conditioning. The bathroom was quite hot in the morning, but if we had temperature problems we would go to Iceland instead of Italy. Also, each room has its own shelf in the fridge in the kitchen above. Our host, Marco, is a very kind and polite person, always ready to help, according to his possibilities. The B&B Abbraccia Morfeo is absolutely worth a visit if you are looking for nice accommodation at an affordable price.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, my daughters and I. Ideally located, as it is away from the city hustle but only 15 minutes by tram from Termini station, where subways and various buses intersect. The terrace is a real advantage! which allows you to find peace in the evening, after various days of sightseeing. I recommend!

The B&B Abbraccia Morfeo is really excellent, for its location, kindness, rooms, etc. It is easily reachable even by public transport (if you are by car, there is free parking very close by) and also has a beautiful rooftop terrace. Highly recommended.

Grazie Roberto, purtroppo sulla posizione non possiamo intervenire in nessun modo, ma restiamo dell'idea che la valutazione debba essere fatta in base alle descrizione della scheda dell'attività, in nessun posto diciamo di essere difronte al Colosseo, ci troviamo in un quartiere adiacente al centro 15 minuti di tram, o 10 di metro, ed i nostri prezzi sono adeguati a questa posizione. Sull'invasione di immigrati c'è poco da dire noi del quartiere ne siamo fieri siamo l'esempio dell'integrazione civile, che non causa problemi, sono persone che lavorano e fanno la loro vita. Che Roma abbia dei problemi cronici legati al servizio di nettezza urbana e pulizia è cosa nota, lei poi è capitato proprio durante lo sciopero e questo ha aggravato la situazione me ne scuso. La ringrazio che abbia apprezzato la struttura e la pulizia questo ci riempie di orgoglio. Un saluto e buona vita.

Quiet, relaxing structure, with the room overlooking an internal garden. The terrace where breakfast is served is the icing on the cake. Mario is an extremely kind person, helpful beyond expectations, truly a welcoming place. It will certainly be the place we will go to every time we return to Rome.

Better than this I couldn't find. Beautiful, a terrace to spend hours on, abundant and varied breakfast, comfortable bed and excellent services, from the TV to the WiFi connection. Mario, the manager, is a helpful person attentive to guests' needs. The price is really low for being in Rome. The only thing on which I gave a rating of 10, but it's always subjective, is the location. I had to be in the vineyard area and I was there in 5 minutes. Obviously, the location, although well served by public transport, remains subjective to the customer.

Piacevolmente stupito. Premettendo che viaggio per lavoro abbastanza spesso ho sempre cercato B&B in zona che avessero un prezzo basso e di conseguenza non ho mai preso in considerazione Abbraccia Morfeo che ha prezzi lievemente superiori ai B&B di zona. Questa volta per problemi di data mi sono trovato a prenotarlo ed ho capito tutto. Il prezzo più alto è altamente giustificato da tutto ciò che ruota intorno al b&B. dal proprietario simpatico e sempre disponibile, dalle camere ampie spaziose pulite e con balcone con vista mozzafiato. Ebbene si nonostante si trovi in un'area trafficata il balcone affaccia sul giardino di casa. Un'oasi di pace, di verde, di cinguettii di uccellini che ti fanno perdere la cognizione spazio temporale. Ciliegina sulla torta la terrazza. Pezzo di paradiso. Con sdraio salottini e vista su tetti di Tor Pignattara. Unico difetto, assolutamente mio, quello di non averlo scoperto prima. Tornerò molto presto. Evviva la pace e la serenità di Abbraccia Morfeo.

I staid at many hotels and B&B but this one was so special clean and the owner was so so nice with every thing in helping us, breakfast was always ready no matter what time we got up. I wood recommend this to any body. Mario thank you 😊.

Ottima accoglienza da parte di Mario, molto informale che ti mette subito a tuo agio, Camera pulitissima con un balcone vista giardino, molto silenziosa, Mario che abita al piano di sotto ma in realtà sono 2 appartamenti separati ci ha spiegato il menage della casa e come muoverci per arrivare in centro, il B&B disto circa 15 minuti con il tram dalla stazione Termini. Colazione più che abbondante e di ottima qualità, Mario ci spiegava che da marzo si farà in terrazza con vista sul quartiere. Il mio giudizio è positivo, un B&B più che confortevole, arredato con gusto, con tutto ciò che occorre per un piacevole soggiorno, ad un ottimo prezzo.

Best place to stay in Rome! Nice small B&B, close to Rome city center with a lovely helpful host, who sends you already in advance useful travel information. The B&B itself is located a bit outside of the main tourist areas in a "normal" working-people neighborhood but the next tram is right across the next corner and brings you within 15 minutes to the main locations (every 10 minutes). And a night bus is to find there as well. The room where clean, quiet and nicely done up with a great view from the balcony into the owners-garden. The breakfast was -comparing to Italian B&B standard breakfast- awesome. Nicely arranged and every morning with s different self-made surprise. We just can recommend this B&B!
