A Trastevere da M. E. is situated in an elegant building from the beginning of the XXth century, equipped with an elevator. The entire structure is a non-smoking area, with air-conditioning and free wi-fi.
Placed in piazza Sidney Sonnino, in the ancient borough of Trastevere, our property offers you a unique stay in the most exclusive and lively neighborhood in Rome, near baroque churches, wine bars and typical taverns, close to the center of Rome's night life.
A Trastevere da M. E. is composed of four rooms (2 double standard rooms and 2 deluxe rooms). Each room is named after an ancient Roman goddess: Diana, Venere, Aurora and Cecere.
The Minerva Suite (composed of the Aurora and Diana rooms, which are connecting rooms) can accommodate up to 7 people.
All rooms are bright and large, with high plastered cieling, double glazed windows, fully adjustable air-conditioning and heating, hair-dryer, private bathroom with shower, TV LCD, Cable TV, wi-fi internet connection, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, electric water boiler, safe and courtesy kit.
It is possible to add a baby cot on request with an extra charge.

From the terminal of the airport, reach the local urban train station. Take the train of the line FR1 (ticket fare is 8 Euro), direction Termini train station. Step off at Trastevere station, from there it is possible to reach us either with taxi or public transport: take the tram line 8 direction "Piazza Venezia" and step off at "Belli".

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Service was top notch, we received a map with directions and must sees in Rome, as well as a list of restaurant recommendations upon checking. The room was spotless and comfortable and serviced daily. Location can’t beat, was in walking distance of all the things we wanted to see. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

The only bad thing was the high pressure faucet of the wash basin. It causes a water splatter if not careful.

My fiancé and I loved our stay here, the room was beautiful and immaculately clean, the balcony was so charming and the neighborhood was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious in a lovely area. They were very accommodating to our late arrival time and set out a cute honeymoon note/gift. Offered to hold bags when we needed to check out and wanted to explore for the day. Would stay again!

Spent three nights in this wonderful 'home away from home', as our terrific host Michaela says is her aim for guests. Large spotlessly clean room. In the beautiful Trastevere close to the best bars and restaurants in Rome with a village feel away from the maddening crowds on the other side of the river but within easy walking distance of all the sights. Thank you again Michaela. We will be back.

This property is lovely and very easily accessible. It is right on the bus and tram lines, but also so walkable to many parts of Rome that we wanted to explore. We walked everywhere, from the Vatican to the Trevi Fountain. The location was perfect for us! Our room was very nice and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again!

A room like this I have only seen in 4-star hotel establishments (and not always). But in those cases, certainly, the availability, friendliness, and true passion that these two beautiful girls put into their work were lacking. Passion in care, in choices, in the courage to invest (a lot) in absolute quality and in undeniable taste. Well done! The only hesitation I have in recommending this splendid B&B to everyone is only related to the fear that someone does not deserve it and, above all, the terror of not finding a place the next times I return to Rome, because I will not want to go anywhere else.
