A Casa simpatia was founded in 1999 as an out-of-hotel tourist facility upon my return from my stay in London. Since then, numerous tourists have stayed with us and over the years it has become a true passion that has also been enriched with professionalism and competence.

Friendly owner and great location. We had a room that did not match the photos on the website. The room was clean upon our arrival but with a lot of humidity and odors (lack of ventilation). We had to leave our room ventilated all day to reduce the odors and humidity. We had a day of bad weather and our belongings couldn't dry. Too bad.

Pleasant stop for work in a decent structure with everything needed for an overnight stay. Strategic location near Termini Station. Excellent welcome from the friendly Paola. Recommended structure if you don't have high expectations. I will definitely come back if I happen to be in the area.

Bidet not present in the private bathroom in the room. Shower leaking water. We were two, we were given only one towel each for all 5 days. Very uncomfortable bed. Tiny sink. There are no windows big enough to ventilate the room. The phone line doesn't work, so only Wifi can be used. Dirty sheets. The only positive thing is the very advantageous location to reach the main sites of Rome.

I arrived with my son for work reasons and the structure was immediately perfect for our needs. Mr. Paolo included parking for us and we moved around with the very close metro to the room. We stayed thanks to the holiday bonus which they guided us step by step to get. I highly recommend the structure for cleanliness, central location, and kindness.
