A Casa di Eta

If you wish to rejuvenate in the tranquility of nature, inhaling the scent of the sea and being lulled by its sounds, this cozy little house is the perfect retreat for you. Nestled among olive trees and fruit trees, “A casa di Eta” is located on a scenic hill overlooking the Pontine Islands, Ischia, and the Circeo promontory, situated midway between Gaeta and Sperlonga. Silence is assured even during the busiest months, and the breathtaking view enhances every moment of the day.

The studio apartment, independent and meticulously finished, is designed for two guests. With its 22 square meters, it provides everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay: a standard double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, double-glazed windows with insect screens, blackout curtains, heating/cooling air conditioning, an LCD TV, and bed and bath linens changed weekly. Outside, a private panoramic terrace allows for outdoor dining and enjoying the barbecue, while an additional sun terrace and a communal garden provide more spaces to unwind surrounded by greenery.

Located just 300 meters from the sea in a straight line, the property offers quick access to some of the most beautiful beaches along the Lazio coastline, such as Arenauta, 300 Gradini, Sant’Agostino, and Serapo. However, due to a steep incline, it is essential to have a car or a two-wheeled vehicle, along with good confidence in driving uphill. Guests can park under a wooden pergola right next to the studio and receive the keys directly from the owners for complete independence.

The house is not suitable for small children, nor can pets be accommodated due to the presence of two dogs on the property. The tap water is drinkable, and seasonal produce from the garden and orchard is available for guests, allowing them to savor the true flavors of the land.
