The Bed and Breakfast "Gagliardi House" is near metro C for Center Roma in 20 minutes; it's was born in the south-east of Rome, just 300 meters from Policlinico Tor Vergata (declines of 20% of the price relatives of patients), and offers tranquility and comfort, in an environment researched and totally new. When you arrivs in airport Ciampino, take bus ATRAL, Bus stop in Ciampino airport is located just outside the terminal building. It’s a direct journey and it takes about 20 minutes to reach Anagnina Underground Terminal. Cost of fare is € 1, 50 pp plus an extra € 1, 50 for each suitcase with an overage size. Fares can be purchased either on the bus or buy in our box office inside the arrival area.

Hi, I am a woman who has always had a soft spot for friends and they too for me, because I have always made to feel at ease. Thus was born our friends ' new home. The B&B "A casa di Amici". I work as a part-time accountant and mother, wife and two dogs. The garden is not lacking but it's not very nice. I am a person who likes family life but also spend time on do not work at home to cook long lunches and cure Garden (little...), let us spending so much more out of the House, in the villas of Rome or in the city's oldest Mall, not only our but of all the Lazio Centre generally. We are busy all day with friends, restaurants, events and culture, our son following us and we chase with pleasure. Surely we can share the things that please you. We are waiting for you.

The B&B Gagliardi House is located next to the new Metro C, which will take you to the city center in twenty minutes. Our street is a small private road that offers guests the opportunity to stay in a new, peaceful and reserved place. Only 500 meters away from Policlinico di Tor Vergata (20% discount for relatives of patients) and Tor Vergata University. It is 2 km from the Grande Raccordo Anulare and 1 km from the A1.
It is also very close to the Metro A (10 minutes by bus 20 express towards Ciambellotti/Tor Bella Monaca - TBM), which takes you to the city center, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Termini Station or San Pietro. While the stops of the numerous buses, the 105 takes you directly to Termini Station, are only 100 meters away.
Surroundings & Culture
There are several supermarkets and restaurants (130 meters away), pizzerias and hot tables, as well as McDonald's and a Chinese take-away restaurant in the immediate vicinity. There are also shopping centers, Porte di Roma, Anagnina, and the "Le Torri" shopping center within walking distance.
Public gardens, pharmacies, wellness centers, and hairdressers are also nearby. Important cultural centers of interest are present in the Castelli Romani, 10 minutes away; the Pope's residence, Borghese palaces, Lake Albano, and princely residences. Structure that can be improved, there are some good aspects but several points where the managers could work on. Let's start with the external lighting, completely absent. Having parked in a dark courtyard and having to do some "maneuvering" to park a medium-large SUV, I would say that the lighting cannot be limited to the car headlights and your phone. In the dark, a person could stumble and get hurt. As for the stairs, let's say they could be acceptable. Bathroom excessively small and uncomfortable, but the shower has good dimensions. Quiet room (great) due to the internal position compared to Casilina. Bed quite comfortable, clean linens, but furnishings can be improved. The cover behind the pillows is unsightly. Excellent TV (including NF and Internet access). Average fridge (good), top air conditioning. Regarding breakfast, much more could be done. The photos on the websites are obviously very "beyond reality", but it's a B&B that could significantly improve with some small adjustments (and investment). I don't think the expense for a couple of nights is justified, as the property is far from the center and the area is not exactly "residential". There shouldn't be exposed electrical cables and meters in the entrance area.

The apartment is significantly more spacious than a hotel room in a similar price range. Metro C, Lidl, Big Mac Drive-In are within easy walking distance. Likewise, there are several bus lines. The apartment is nonetheless located in a quiet side street and is directly accessible by car. Those who do not have exaggerated demands and feel at home in a more family-oriented environment should get along well with the accommodation. The operators provide a certain amount of basic food items daily, but it is advisable to plan to provide for yourself, at least as a supplement. The nearby Lidl is also open on Sundays. Refrigerator, freezer, sink, microwave, gas stove, washing machine, TV, WiFi are available. There are also units for cooling the rooms. Before your arrival, it is advisable to contact the operators so that they can deliver the apartment keys to you punctually. The operators are pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a multi-family house with access via a staircase. Knowledge of the Italian language is advantageous.

Nice structure managed with passion by the Gagliardi family. Hospitality and availability along with the proximity to metro C are the strong points. The mini bar and the renovated room are very beautiful.

I'm sorry, but I have to give an honest assessment. The hosts were very nice, but it's not enough when you want to sleep in good conditions and relax without stress. The photos of the apartment don't reflect reality. Maybe they were taken a dozen years ago, or maybe they are being improved. The rooms are very worn, dirty, neglected. The same goes for the kitchen equipment, which is basically non-existent. The bathroom is cramped. There was no hot water in the shower during our stay. Sometimes there was lukewarm water. For three nights we were bitten by some insects... Breakfasts consist of yoghurts, cookies, and coffee in espresso capsules. Everything delivered on the first day. DIY... Overall, the worst accommodation out of 10 we stayed in Italy (all were B&Bs and much cheaper than this one) Unfortunately, I definitely do not recommend it, especially at this price. I'm sorry...

Mrs. Barbara is very helpful and very kind. I stayed from September 20th to 23rd, 2021, and I had a great time. Breakfast is served directly in the room, equipped with a fridge and an electric coffee machine.

I have to point out something: the kitchen that is in the cover along with the name 'Gagliardi House' is not in the booked rooms. The room is excellent for one/two people, it becomes tight for three; the bathroom unfortunately has the necessary space to enter and do what is needed, shower, sink, and toilet/bidet. The breakfast is super reinforced.\n\nP. s. necessarily check the assigned room card to get an idea of it, even if some photos do not correspond to the actual bathroom, in my case.\n\nThe owner allows you to bring a stove to use in the room even if it is not very comfortable in terms of space.

I stayed 2 nights at this property and will definitely return for a future trip to Rome. Great location just a few steps from metro C and shopping centers. Room, breakfast, and cleanliness very much appreciated. The owners were extremely helpful with all our requests, very friendly, and I hope to return soon especially for the warmth and hospitality received. I absolutely recommend it.

Ottima pulizia di camera e bagno, titolare accogliente e gentilissima, parcheggio privato tranquillo e sicuro, tuttavia il B&B si trova in una palazzina al limite del fatiscente, nessuna indicazione della via per arrivarci, la posizione è comoda soltanto per chi deve andare al policlinico di Tor Vergata ma non proprio ideale per visitare il centro di Roma. La fermata della metropolitana è vicinissima, peccato che la linea c non è ancora collegata alle altre e fino a fine ottobre i treni circolano fino alle 20.30, rientrare in autobus è un'impresa.
Colazione scadente con merendine confezionate e da fare in camera poiché manca di spazio in comune, in conclusione, noi l'abbiamo scelto per la posizione non centrale e il parcheggio, dovendolo raggiungere in auto e lasciarla parcheggiata per tre giorni, ma lo sconsiglio se arrivate a Roma in treno o aereo.

Con il mio ragazzo ho soggiornato in questa struttura per un weekend.
Gestori molto premurosi, gentili e disponibili; camere ben arredate e soprattutto pulite.
Unica pecca la posizione, un pò distante dal centro..ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e con sommo piacere ho trovato una coppia di gestori veramente carini, non è il solito bed & breakfast perché ci ha accolto come se fossimo veramente degli amici abbiamo avuto anche parlato con la signora Barbara ed è una persona veramente in gamba ci ha messo molto a nostro agio. in poche parole bed & breakfast casa di amici è la pura realtà.

Volevamo trascorrere il capodanno a Roma e nella ricerca di una buona struttura, ci siamo imbattuti nell'accogliente B&B "A casa di amici". Già dal primo contatto telefonico, sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla disponibilità e gentilezza di Barbara, che ci accolti e seguiti per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno.
La nostra camera era molto bella, curata e ricercata nei dettagli.
Veramente comoda la macchinetta del caffè in camera e le brioche di pasticceria hanno reso il risveglio ancora più dolce.
Anche se non pienamente in centro, era facilmente raggiungibile anche attraverso i mezzi pubblici.
Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, proprio come a casa di amici e siamo sicuri che nelle nostra prossime vacanze romane soggiorneremo nuovamente da voi. Grazie ancora Barbara per la tua gentilezza e simpatia!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo BB. nonostante non sia vicinissima al centro, con la metro o l'autobus si arriva facilmente proprio in centro città a Roma. non parliamo poi della gentilezza della signora Barbara, sempre disponibile.

Massima la cortesia e gentilezza da parte della padrona di casa; imperdibile il cornetto fresco di pasticceria e la macchina del caffè che utilizza caffè in grani.
