Delightful and comfortable, the apartment is located in the heart of downtown Rome, just a short walk from the Colosseum in the Celio district on the historic Via Ostilia.
The apartment offers free wifi and is situated 250 meters from the Colosseum, close to all the most important attractions of the eternal city, such as the Imperial Forums, Monti, Altare della Patria, Via del Corso, and Piazza di Spagna.
Ideal for families and groups of friends, the house has an area of about 70 square meters and consists of a bedroom, a small bedroom with a loft bed and a lounge area, a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower. It is carefully furnished and equipped with heating, two LED TVs, a refrigerator, a convenient stovetop, kitchen utensils, an electric kettle, a microwave, and a toaster. It also includes a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board.

We stayed at 50 Passi Colosseo Apartment and the experience was excellent. The location is simply perfect, just steps from the Colosseum, ideal for visiting Rome comfortably on foot. The apartment is clean, welcoming and well equipped, with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Manuela's welcome was also excellent; she was warm and helpful. We highly recommend it to anyone wishing to experience the center of Rome with convenience and charm. Manuela left us in the apartment everything needed for a great breakfast. We could not have asked for more.

Very nice apartment, corresponding to the online presentation, not far from the Colosseo metro station. Impeccable cleanliness. Check-in/Check-out without difficulties. Easy communication with Manuela, the owner. The only downside: the high price. Furthermore, the cleaning fees that were documented as included were paid extra. Nevertheless, recommended.

Buonasera Paola ti ringrazio per aver recensito la mia struttura che si trova proprio a 100 metri dal Colosseo e soggiornando in concomitanza con il weekend dell'Immacolata trovare prezzi bassi credo sia difficile, per ciò che riguarda la pulizia come già comunicato lei con la tariffa non rimborsabile ha acquistato solo il Soggiorno mentre le spese di pulizia e tassa di soggiorno nella mia struttura sono considerate come spese extra anche se segnalate nel sito erroneamente, farò comunque segnalazione anche al sito bed and breakfast. it per evitare proprio ulteriori disguidi.

The apartment was clean, spacious, equipped as expected (in the kitchen, bathroom, etc.), devices were working fine (e.g. kettle, wi-fi, air conditioning). \nIn the beginning, the host explained everything and gave some hints. \nThe location is close to the Colosseum, some shops/restaurants, metro station and bus/tram station. \nSounds from the street were a little noisy during the weekend, but not too long.
