The 3Bhome was created with the intent to offer its guests a pleasant stay thanks to a warm welcome and discreet.
The apartment available to guests is on the first floor of an elegant building consists of 2 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and a comfortable (large) living room with kitchenette.
Recently refurbished, is equipped with central heating and air conditioning WI-FI washing machine and dishwasher.
Suitable for all types of guest the 3Bhome is particularly suitable for families with children who will find, on demand, everything they need for early childhood (crib, changing table, baby bath, high chair and dishes dedicated to small +)
Thanks to the wide and comfortable spaces the 3Bhome is suitable for families or small groups, it is possible to even book the whole apartment for exclusive use.
Guest Access
Guests will always have access to the common area in which there is a kitchen with dishwasher and everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunches or dinners. There is also a washing machine 1 safe. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower. Is not allowed to smoke and bring animals.
Families with children are welcome and will request for their young everything you need for early childhood (crib, changing table, baby bath, high chair and dishes dedicated).

We love to travel and often we do it by renting homes to make stay more comfortable to our two small children. Just a few meters from via Nomentana, near the metro stations of Piazza Bologna and Annibaliano, the B&B is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. Everything you may need for your stay, such as supermarkets and other shops, can be found nearby. For shopping, you can easily reach the area around Piazza Bologna or the nearby Via Libia. We are also close to LUISS University, the Guardia di Finanza barracks, the Sandro Pertini Hospital, Tiburtina Station, and last but not least, the Basilica of Santa Agnese and its catacombs, and the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza.

Great apartment! Big and well equipped. The common areas with the other room are spacious, with a sofa, table, and kitchen. The photos reflect reality. The breakfast was complete for a homemade meal: coffee, milk, juices, cookies, snacks, jams. There are also several bars nearby. I also point out a Carrefour supermarket open 24 hours very close by. A plus! The area is quiet and there are several buses that arrive at Termini at all hours (even line and pressure with fewer stops). The Annibaliano metro is close and the Bologna one is a walk away. There are several places and gathering spots in the evening. The owners were very kind and accommodated us even with extra requests. We would gladly return! Thank you, Mr. Francesco and Francesca.

Spacious and bright shared apartment, comfortable room with bathroom. Excellent cleanliness and really kind and helpful owners, as well as easily reachable. The B&B is located in a not very central area but quiet and well served by public transport (subway: Bologna/Annibaliano stops; several bus lines). Absolutely recommended.

The owner was very kind and helpful from the start, the property is new and very comfortable, the room and bathroom are large and welcoming, everything needed for breakfast is available for guests and the location is excellent because it is central and close to the metro. I stayed for work and know Rome well so for me it was perfect. Highly recommended.

I am a student and I stayed at 3Bhome for about two weeks for transfer reasons (I come from outside the region). I have to say that I had a great time: new and well-kept spaces, building close to metro and bus stops (which easily take you to the city center, 15/20 minutes by metro, or to the station, 20 minutes by bus), quiet area and full of services and, above all, very kind owners! They welcomed me in a new city for me, always managing to show themselves available in every way! I thank them very much and I know that, if I will need it again in the future, I will gladly return. I recommend this B&B to all those looking for a quiet neighborhood to stay in, while wanting to visit the capital city... it's not easy to find one in Rome! Elisabetta.
