However, we also had positive experiences, finding homes that turned out to be perfect for us; they will never replace our own home, but they allowed us to enjoy pleasant vacations. We furnished our vacation home to make it comfortable and functional, including essential cooking items like oil, salt, and vinegar. It seemed excessive to have to buy a bottle of oil or a pack of salt just to make a salad, a sandwich, or a pasta dish.
