Our family has always enjoyed discovering new places and has opted to stay in vacation homes, as they feel more inviting than hotels. However, not all the apartments we found met our expectations. Some were adequately clean, while others had too many unnecessary items, or conversely, lacked the essential tools needed to prepare a meal.

In these instances, we always communicated the issues we encountered verbally, so that the owners could enhance their offerings. However, we also had positive experiences, finding homes that turned out to be perfect for us; they will never replace our own home, but they allowed us to enjoy pleasant vacations. For this reason, we have consistently left positive reviews for these properties.

We furnished our vacation home to make it comfortable and functional, including essential cooking items like oil, salt, and vinegar. It seemed excessive to have to buy a bottle of oil or a pack of salt just to make a salad, a sandwich, or a pasta dish.

Therefore, we kindly ask for your feedback on any improvements that could enhance the comfort of the house or to confirm if everything is in order.

Lovely apartment, very close to the bus stop and a short distance from the Campus Biomedico. It is a guarantee: every time I return to Rome I always stay at this property. The owner is very kind and helpful. The house is clean and equipped with every comfort. I highly recommend it.

Great apartment, clean and cosy. There is a very convenient stop right outside the house to get around by public transport. I arranged everything with the apartment manager, Marco, who is very kind. I highly recommend the property.
