Hello, my name is Alessandro.

My love for travel inspired me to open this B&B in the heart of Rome at the beginning of 2010.

Throughout my journeys, I have always paid close attention to accommodations and the details of each place. Now, in my role as a "host," I am dedicated to addressing those small imperfections that I found bothersome as a "guest"; I focus on perfecting every detail to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

You will find me available each morning during breakfast to provide you with all the necessary information to fully explore the beautiful city of Rome, the capital of Italy.

I hope to welcome you soon to my B&B.

Area Colosseo
The location, in the historic center of one of the world's most beloved capitals, will make your stay an unforgettable experience. From the windows of the rooms, you can admire the ancient ruins of the Roman Forum, and just a short walk around the corner reveals the magnificent symbol of the Eternal City, the Colosseum.

All of Rome's treasures are within easy reach, and you can easily stroll to the Monti district, a historic area of Rome that has become a new hotspot for the city's nightlife.

A brief walk through the wonders of Rome will also lead you to the numerous bus lines and the two Metro B stops, Colosseo and Cavour. A little further away is Rome's Termini Station, the central station where the 'Leonardo Express' train arrives directly from Fiumicino, Leonardo Da Vinci Airport.

Excellent bed and breakfast, very well maintained, truly exquisite owner, very kind, friendly, and always patient. Very clean rooms, excellent central location a stone's throw from the Colosseum. We were really satisfied with this bed and breakfast, I highly recommend it. We will definitely come back on the next occasion. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Anna, the owner.

Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to return to Rome if I had to, very well located, spacious, cozy, clean room. Breakfast with toast and pastries with coffee, juices, yogurts, cereals. Alessandro and his partner very nice, pleasant, very good people. I definitely recommend it.

Never was a name more appropriate for a structure: in two steps you are truly at the Colosseum, in the heart of the city, inside a wonderful and elegant palace! But the positive aspects do not stop at the location (which is excellent, also very close to the metro, tourist buses, and not far from Termini station). The welcome in this B&B is truly extraordinary, the two owners are kind, professional, and very prompt in solving any small or big problem. In addition to Italian, they speak excellent English and perfect Spanish. I contacted them because I needed to host two English friends visiting Rome and I made a great impression by hosting them at this B&B, probably even better than if I had hosted them at my own home. Considering the cost (absolutely competitive given the location), I believe I will use this solution very often for other arriving guests. Excellent and abundant breakfast, very spacious rooms complete with every convenience, almost maniacal cleanliness, brand new bathrooms, free wifi, I really can't find a flaw in this place. Recommended to everyone.
