Grappa Museum

Founded in 1993 by Jacopo and Cristina Poli in Bassano del Grappa, in front of the famous bridge “Ponte Vecchio” with ?the aim of spreading the Grappa culture and the knowledge of distillation also to those who know little about it. POLI GRAPPA MUSEUM - seat of Schiavon. In 2011 a second premise of the Grappa Museum was opened in Schiavon, with the aim of creating another reference point for the most renowned Italian spirit. The building, which stands next to the Poli Distillery, is one ?of the oldest in town. TOUR: A guide takes visitors along the tour which starts at the Grappa Museum and then moves next door to the distillery. The guests can see the ancient copper pot-still working with artisan method. In the ageing cellars visitors are welcome to taste any of the Poli distillates. The tour takes approximately one hour and a half. LANGUAGES: - Guided tour in Italian, English, German and French. ENTRANCE It is possible to visit the Grappa Museum, even without visiting the distillery.?The entrance to the Grappa Museum is free whereas the fee for a guided tour to the distillery with Grappa tasting is € 3,00 per person.
