Il ponte, situato dietro la Chiesa di S. Giovanni Battista, è detto Romano ma è stato ricostruito in età rinascimentale, forse su preesistente romano. Il ponte in pietra viva sul torrente Rabbiosa, dietro la Chiesa di S. Giovanni Battista, ricostruito nel Seicento, è una testimonianza dell’antico sentiero romano che fin dal 16 d.C., attraverso la Valchiavenna ed il Passo Spluga, portava a Coira.
