We are a family that has imagined, planned and built ZONA 30 Bike Guesthouse, thinking of the needs of all amateur cyclists, who enter the walls of Palmanova every year, looking for a friendly hospitality. We look forward to welcome you!
Here you will find a starting point, from where you can discover a territory full of old villages, cycle lanes and tracks, which are suitable for people who love the slow tourism.

Staying in ZONA 30 means you can leave every day for a tour of kilometres of streets, tracks and paths to discover towns and cities full of history, traditions and good cooking all over the variety of our Friulian territory.

Three comfortable rooms, garage for bikes under video surveillance, bicycle workshop, bike rental, personalised breakfasts, bike tours and many other cyclist-oriented services will make your cycling holiday a suggestive and comfortable experience.

We have imagined, planned and built ZONA 30 inside Palmanova, a precious Italian fortress, thinking of the numerous cyclists, who pass through it every year.

By choosing Palmanova you will stay in the old town centre of one of the most beautiful fortresses of Italy under UNESCO protection. All around it you can reach, for example, the lagoon of Grado and its sea, the surrounding countryside, the vineyard hills on the Italo-Slovene borderland or the Carnic and Julian Prealps.
Wherever you will make a stop, you will find many bars to taste typical dishes from the Friulian cooking. The most famous ones are Frico with Polenta, the dry-cured ham of San Daniele, bean and barley soup, the Carnic Cjarsons, the bushmeat, the tripe and, obviously, the Tiramisù.

Nice and clean room, you can use the shared kitchen which is well equipped and has a microwave. The owner is very kind. The location is very close to the center and there is a convenient parking in front of the property, not bookable but free. Breakfast is served at an affiliated bar which, however, stated to have agreed with the property only one croissant instead of two and also for the savory we were served a meager toast instead of two, as specified on the hotel's sheet.

A property very close to the square of Palmanova recently renovated. Convenient for visiting Aquileia and Grado and very close to the sea. Kind and welcoming managers. Super breakfast! I recommend it.

Brand new and very well maintained property, just a few meters from the square and inside the walls of one of Italy's most beautiful villages. Spacious, quiet, tastefully furnished room. Our room also had a small but pleasant garden at the back. Equipped kitchen for common use. Excellent breakfast offered by the Nonna Pallina pastry shop, I recommend everyone to try the vegan croissant and soy cappuccino: you will be amazed! The B&B is in an optimal position to reach various destinations in Friuli, very convenient access to the highway.

Everything perfect in the structure, some difficulties in managing breakfast at the bar. I understand that it is managed this way due to COVID, but the bar managers are not very welcoming and they care little as it is a super crowded bar on event days.

This B&B is one of the best I've ever stayed in: new, carefully furnished, designed for all travelers' needs (with or without a bike). The managers were very helpful and indicated a very suggestive bike route. Super breakfast. Highly recommended!
