Villa Patrizia is a Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse located in San Canzian d’Isonzo, which is a small and quiet village not far from international airport Trieste-Ronchi dei Legionari and with easy access from the A4 Venezia-Trieste highway - exit Redipuglia-Monfalcone Ovest.

Villa Patrizia offers 4 double rooms, a lounge, a garden and a spacious portico. There is ample private parking.

All rooms have private bathroom en suite with shower and bidet, TV LCD 26” o 32”, air-conditioner, windows with insect screens, small terrace or small private garden and Wi-Fi internet connection.

Only 30 meters from the guesthouse is the restaurant “Ostaria da Bepi Meo” serves typical local dishes for lunch or dinner.

Come to discover the wonders of the Friuli Venezia Giulia visiting castles, nature reserves, monuments and the trails of the Great War, wine and food tours and much more.

You can "laze" on the nearby beaches of Grado and/or Sistiana (Trieste) or visit Aquileia, Cividale, Trieste or have a daily trip to Venice and Ljubljana.

For lovers of sport and adventure opportunities for horse riding at the nearby "Circolo Ippico Parco dell'Isonzo" or paragliding flights in tandem with a qualified instructor.

Boat trips and kayaking is also possible, by appointment.

Golf club Grado is only 14 km.

We stayed for two nights and traveled with three dogs. Mr. Stefano accommodated us in a nice large room with a small private garden, making our stay really pleasant. He also recommended a couple of places to eat. If I have the chance, I will definitely return.

Villa Patrizia in a strategic location to reach various places of interest. Spacious room and bathroom, with TV and air conditioning. Everything very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, but I would have preferred non-packaged products. If you desire a savory breakfast, please notify at the time of booking. Stefano is a very kind and helpful host. I will come back!
