Our accommodations are located in a beautiful mountainous area, in a place with a breathtaking view on the outskirts of Cima Sappada, just 3 km from the center and a short walk from numerous summer hikes and winter walks. Nearby you will find clothing store, newsstand, bars, restaurants.

The area where we are located and the surroundings offer our guests the opportunity to admire the creations of our artisans.

Within a short distance from our property, guests will find ski resorts for all winter sports enthusiasts, a cross-country ski track just 20 meters away, and downhill facilities only 200 meters away.

Our accommodation is the ideal choice for families traveling, who will feel at home here, for business trips or work, for romantic getaways to reconnect and rediscover each other, and for all those seeking peace and tranquility in contact with nature, away from the noise and chaos of the city.

We offer our guests free Wi-Fi, reserved parking, and a lovely equipped garden.

Our accommodations, which can accommodate up to three people, some with balconies, are equipped with a double bedroom and a third bed, a living room with a kitchenette equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. We provide a hairdryer, free internet access, a baby cot upon request, TV (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), mirror, dishes, and everything you need for cooking. We also provide all bed linen and towels. For the New Year period, a minimum stay of 6 nights is required. Accommodations can also be rented for several weeks, with discounts for monthly or longer stays, all year round.

We only accept cash payments or bank transfers within 5 days before the end of the stay.
