In Sappada, an enchanting skiing village located among the eastern Dolomites of northern Italy, you are warmly welcomed by the Cottrer family at Villa Erika.
Our budget Bed and Breakfast is situated a stone throw away from “Sappada 2000” and the “Pian dei Nidi” for downhill skiing, the nordic skiing piste and the natural ice-skating rink. There is also a Sport’s Palace offering indoors activities within a short walking distance. The combination of affordable rooms and excellent location make Villa Erika the best kept secret of the skiing connoisseur.
All our bedrooms offer a TV, free Wi-Fi, and private amenities for your comfort; some also have a balcony with panoramic views across the valley to suit the budding photographer. The day starts with a complimentary continental breakfast served in our lounge where you will be able to meet the other guests if you wish, or where you can have a quiet and pleasant start to the day. There is a free car park on site, and the Bus Stop is directly opposite the main entrance.
As summer approaches, the snow melts and the mountains offer fresh opportunities for summer activities like rock climbing and rambling with marked routes for harder alpine treks. For easier walks you may wish to visit the unforgettable Olbe Lakes, the source of the historic River Piave, or go for a stroll around the old part of town with its distinctive wooden houses built with the unique “Blockbau” technique. At the end of your day, when the weather permits, you can relax in our sun-filled open terrace to recharge your batteries and to plan the day ahead.
Children’s activities, including football, horse riding and a fabulous playground set in the woods, are less than 5 minutes away from our B&B.

The structure is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very kind. We arrived earlier, all wet from the snow, and they immediately gave us the room, even though it was not yet the check-in time. Great location. Excellent experience. Thank you.

Struttura accogliente. la posizione è a metà strada tra il centro di Sappada e l'incantevole Sappada vecchia (Cima Sappada). Arredamento un po' da rinnovare.

Tutto bene, qualcosa da ridire solo sull'arredamento delle stanze, da rinnovare sicuramente. Comunque ci ritornerei senza dubbi.

La stanza rispecchia un 2 stelle. Pulita.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione mai visto una più scarsa di questa, una tristezza unica.

Il posto è carino, si gode una bella vista sulla valle; la gestione familiare è cortese, non particolarmente loquace. La pulizia è impeccabile, ma gli arredi andrebbero rimodernati. Suggerirei inoltre di far trovare un bagno schiuma e uno shampoo per ogni persona che soggiorna nella stanza. La colazione era più che sufficiente.

Il B&B si trova in posizione semi centrale ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal centro di Sappada. I gestori sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili.

Siamo stati a Sappada nel mese di luglio, e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti della sistemazione.
Le camere sono pulite e il mobilio è come quello nelle foto.
La colazione era buona e abbondante! Il dolce del giorno era veramente ottimo e inoltre il caffè era quello tipo bar e non delle macchinette che sovente si trova in alcuni alberghi.
La posizione è ottima, c'è tanto spazio per parcheggiare.
Inoltre nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristorantini, il parco giochi con il maneggio, che è proprio carino e i bambini si sono proprio divertiti, poi c'è la seggiovia di Sappada 2000 che ci ha permesso di arrivare agevolmente ai laghi d'olbe.
Una menzione va al personale che si è dimostrato gentilissimo e preparato dispensando consigli sulle cose più belle da vedere.

Sono rimasto affascinato della valle di Sappada vedendola in tv, seguendo il Giro d'Italia. Quale occasione migliore di venirvi a soggiornare d'estate? Eccomi quindi a recensire un'ottima struttura in questa splendida valle. Villa Erika è stata un'ottima scelta non solo per la posizione, per come è curata l'abitazione, per la pulizia, per l'abbondante e buona colazione ma soprattutto per la gentilezza di Cinzia ed Enrico, i proprietari, che ci hanno fatto proprio sentire a casa. Che dire, io e mia moglie non vediamo l'ora di ritornarvi.

Posizione buona per qualsiasi attività, gestione "discreta" al limite della timidezza, pulizia ineccepibile, prezzo contenuto, camera old stile ma comoda, colazione nella normalità.

Il BB è in una buona posizione e la signora che lo gestisce è gentile, però la struttura è vecchia e andrebbe ammodernata. I letti hanno ancora le reti e tutto sa di anni '60/70. I lampadari, il mobilio, le tovagliette di plastica, sì insomma, basterebbe poco, non si può restare sempre gli stessi dopo 40 anni.

Pulito spazi adeguati arredamento della camera molto vecchio sembra la stanza di un convento con pochi e mirati accorgimenti le stanze sarebbero belle speriamo in un rinnovo degli arredi.

Ho soggiornato per poco ma posso dire che la pulizia è molto curata, il bagno è molto ampio, forse gli arredi sono un po' datati ma ripeto che la stanza era molto pulita e in ordine (la riordinano tutte le mattine). ero con due bambini e sono stati molto contenti pure loro. i gestori sono sono discreti ma sempre disponibili per venire incontro a eventuali bisogni. per quello che ho speso e per la possibilità che danno di fare soggiorni anche brevissimi credo proprio che ci tornerò.

Sicuramente un posto da fare non più di due notti, personale molto gentile, colazione buona ma la struttura ha due grandi difetti. Primo è attaccata alla statale con forte rumore del traffico, secondo mobili e letti datati soprattutto i materassi! Mi dispiace ma in due notti ho riposato veramente poco.

Arredamento un po' datato, camera e bagno un po' stretti, portarsi una spina tripla se siete in 2 a dover ricaricare il cellulare: c'è solo una presa in bagno. Titolari cordiali, nel complesso sufficiente, probabilmente ci tornerò.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B a conduzione familiare durate le vacanze natalizie e devo dire di essermi trovata molto bene. I proprietari sono cordiali e riservati. Si respira un'aria familiare molto rilassante. Al termine del soggiorno abbiamo anche ricevuto un omaggio dal proprietario estremamente gradito. La struttura si affaccia sulle piste quindi è di una comodità unica, la pulizia è perfetta così come il riscaldamento delle camere. Se posso permettermi un consiglio (ma per una questione di gusto personale) arricchirei la colazione con il salato (prosciutto formaggio etc). Soggiorneremo sicuramente di nuovo in questo B&B.
