Elegant and charming B&B accommodation, Villa Bedin is a ideal stay for people travelling for business.

Easy to reach, it offers a calm atmosphere made of dedicated details and suggestions, a varied and rich library and a private garden with a patterned beds potager full of herbs, vegetable and flowers right in front of each of the three double rooms terrace.

Services to the Guests respect some essential traits for our hospitality:
- a constant and accurate cleaning of both rooms and common areas,
- the best possible choice and quality for breakfast servings,
- absolute quiet and discretion for the Guests.

The portion of the Villa dedicated to the hospitality has been recently build and the three double rooms grant all the comforts for a relaxing and enjoyable stay: private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV set, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities in each room.

The common areas include a luminous and ample lounge with fireplace, a direct access to the balcony and the garden and a separate and elegant breakfast room.

Villa Bedin is located in Fontanafredda, at 10 Graziani Street, in the province of PN. It can be easily reached from the A 28 highway, taking the Fontanafredda exit.

The B&B is situated 6 km away from Pordenone (an important industrial city and host of cultural events such as the International Silent Film Festival and Pordenonelegge) and 5 km from the charming town of Sacile, also known as the Garden of the Serenissima.

We are a stone's throw away from Conegliano (the city of Cima), Vittorio Veneto (including Ceneda and Serravalle, towns from the Middle Ages), Piancavallo (a skiing center), and the Aviano Air Base.

Easily accessible are Casarsa (the final resting place of Pasolini) and San Daniele (famous for its prosciutto).

10/10 on all counts. Claudia was a wonderful host and the small suite was delightful. Very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and the garden is a joy. Nothing was too much trouble and we will look forward to staying here again.

Mrs. Clara was very kind and welcoming! The bed and breakfast is among the best we have visited so far. We stayed in the small suite, which was very comfortable. The only flaw is the shower, which, although very large, is open on both sides, so it is inevitable that water spills onto the floor. The breakfast is not very abundant, but Mrs. Clara always prepares everything every morning on the spot, from sweet to savory, which is highly appreciated as it avoids overeating and there is not much waste. We stayed at Villa Bedin for a visit to friends who live nearby, and we will definitely return because we had a good time!

Lovely, well-kept and clean place. At Villa Bedin you feel pampered, you breathe the scent of nature and the importance of culture. Everything is in harmony with the surrounding environment. The managers are very helpful and attentive to the guest's well-being. I have visited many facilities in my life, but Villa Bedin is in first place and I believe it will remain the most beautiful place I have stayed at. A place where you live, not just stay. Thank you.

I had the fortune to stay for 4 nights at Villa Bedin. Well-furnished and well-maintained rooms, definitely clean with spacious bathroom. Very friendly manager, excellent quality/price ratio. The property is located 5 minutes by car from the highway and 10 minutes from Pordenone, very convenient yet in a quiet and peaceful area. Absolutely recommended.

Brand new and welcoming structure, quiet and full of spaces (a beautiful atrium with fireplace and equipped kitchen adjacent to the room). Clara was very kind, discreet, and helpful at the same time. It's a pity that my stay was short. It is definitely a structure not to be missed, especially because the quality far exceeds the price required. This is a great merit, considering that when traveling, one often tends to save. Here you save money, but you are treated royally! It's a pity that my stay was short! In any case, satisfying.

I stayed at this property with my family during Easter. The property, created from an extension of Villa Bedin, is brand new and welcoming, the rooms are tastefully and elegantly furnished. In addition to the declared services, there is the availability of a small kitchen where you can enjoy a herbal tea, a coffee or have a beer. The owner, Mrs. Carla, is extremely kind and made us feel at home from the very first moment. If I happen to be in that area again, I would definitely stay here again.

I recommend the property to everyone because it is recently built, charming, the hospitality is exceptional and the owner Carla is very nice and a friendly person. We had access to a beautiful and well-stocked library, a kitchenette with a coffee and tea maker when we wanted. Genuine and abundant breakfast. Good value for money.
