New property, very helpful hosts. Excellent view of the gulf. The only area for improvement is the shower water temperature, which was not hot enough. For parking there is an internal space that must be booked well in advance; otherwise you have to rely on available street parking.

We had a wonderful stay. Stefanía is an excellent host and very accommodating. We loved the sea view from the apartment and the easy bus access to the center. We would absolutely stay here again!

We chose this B&B for our 15th wedding anniversary and everything was perfect. The room was very clean, the view from the terrace was amazing and Stefania is a wonderful guest. We hope to come back soon.

We stayed at this property for three nights and we had a great time. The apartment is modern and well kept, with many amenities, and the hosts are always helpful and very kind. Not to mention the super convenient location and the beautiful terrace with sea view. A fantastic experience.

Beautiful and brand-new property. Warm welcome and friendliness from the hosts, Giampiero and Stefania, who were very accommodating and kind. Wonderful sea view. It was much appreciated to have the whole apartment at our disposal and also the presence of baskets with snacks and extra items to add to the breakfast; moreover, the fridge full of cold drinks made available by the hosts. Breakfast was good and plentiful. For our next stop in Trieste, we will definitely come back here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the hostess and the beauty of the terrace with a spectacular view. The apartment is really equipped with every comfort and for breakfast, managed independently, nothing is missing. Parking space for the car. Strategic location to reach the city or Slovenia in just a few minutes. Highly recommended.

The owner Stefania is truly unique in her kindness and courtesy. Her B&B is a gem, a small apartment with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Trieste, allowing us to admire the Barcolana comfortably from the terrace. There is private parking within the property, and if you want to use public transport, there is a stop just a few meters away and you can reach the city center in a few minutes. The breakfast is packaged, but there is still a lot of variety and the possibility to make coffee, tea, and herbal teas, with a fridge also available for other drinks. In short, we found all the comforts within reach. I really recommend it.

We were warmly welcomed! Parking was not a problem at all! The terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea particularly pleased us, the accommodation is new and furnished with great attention to detail! Furthermore, the accommodation is centrally located and is easily accessible by bus. If we come back to Trieste, this will be our first-choice accommodation! Thank you very much!
