In 2015, Ale, Cri, and Sara, taking advantage of the strategic location of their house, made the decision to renovate and expand their property. They created two accommodations, each with a private bathroom, as well as a cozy and spacious breakfast and relaxation area for their guests. This is how the B&B Tibù was born in Fiumicello, in the lower Friuli region, surrounded by a large green garden and a swimming pool. The B&B boasts a modern and efficient design.

I spent 3 nights in this property, everything was perfect. Owners are kind and quick to respond, private parking, spacious and clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, air conditioning. Good breakfast. Pool available for guests. Recommended, I will come back.

Cristina and Alessando are two fantastic hosts, always present but never intrusive. They manage to provide many tips on what to do and where to eat in the area. Very clean and spacious room, bathroom with a large shower. Nice veranda with a small table and sofa. Clean swimming pool and well-kept garden. Perfect area to move around in the lower part of Friuli. I recommend it!

Absolutely recommended accommodation. Very nice contact with lots of good tips from the landlords. The breakfast is wonderful and the whole house with pool as well. We will gladly come back.

Very nice and cozy Bed & Breakfast. It is very quiet and above all incredibly beautiful. The hosts make great efforts to ensure that the guest can enjoy a pleasant holiday. We received many local tips for nice excursions and restaurants. All in all, a dream vacation for a small family.

What can I say, it's already the second time we come back to Tibù, and we had a great time, both for the new and very clean structure this year with the addition of the pool! Cristina and her husband are really friendly and helpful... and to top it off a wonderful breakfast, every morning warm brioches and homemade cake and much more! I highly recommend it. Excellent value for money! Goodbye because we will definitely come back.

Very nice structure. Simple but well taken care of in the details. Excellent cleanliness and managers present and kind even though never intrusive. Always available for advice on places to visit and typical restaurants to try. You feel at home.

Alles war tip top. Schönes Schlafzimmer, grosses Bad, leckeres Frühstück, Möglichkeit zum selber kochen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, im Grünen. Man bekommt gute Tips vom Vermieter.

Ottimo b&b sotto ogni punto di vista.
Camera family con 2 stanze più bagno, pulitissime, piscina, angolo esterno con divanetto e tavolino.
Colazione ottima e abbondante, host disponibilissimo. Vicino ad Aquileia e Grado, raggiungibili entrambi in bici. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Trovare difetti è praticamente impossibile.
Che dire...Da tornarci per l'ottima accoglienza e per i dintorni incantevoli.

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, completamente nuova e facilmente raggiungibile. Le camere e il bagno perfetti. La vista sul giardino con il laghetto e le oche e la piscina è molto bella. La cucina per molto ben fornita di tutto il necessario e la colazione molto varia sia dolce che salata. Un caloroso grazie ai proprietari che ci hanno accolto e fatto sentire come a casa.

I proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili, è stato piacevole conversare con loro. La struttura è stata realizzata con finiture ed arredamenti di pregio, c'è anche la nuova piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. Al mattino le paste fresche di pasticceria, insieme alle ottime torte fatte dalla signora Cristina, hanno reso piacevole la colazione.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo al Tibù, peccato sia stato breve. L'accoglienza dei gestori è stata superlativa, luogo tranquillo per un perfetto relax al riparo dai rumori della stradina, comunque non trafficata; mi è piaciuta moltissimo la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto proprio davanti l'edificio dove sono state ricavate due unità abitative a piano terra con una cucina comune a disposizione dei soggiornanti.
Bella, e per le mie esigenze utilissima, la porta finestra per accedere dalla camera al portichetto di pertinenza che contribuisce a rendere riposante e piacevole il soggiorno. Nel complesso, un vero paradiso.

Non mi dilungo nel ribadire ciò che ho già espresso nella valutazione, assegnando un bel 10 e lode alla struttura, alla pulizia, alla colazione e così via.

Il B&B è posto in una posizione tranquilla, lontano da strade trafficate ma anche abbastanza vicino a tutte le vie di comunicazione e a località turistiche e d'arte. È immerso nel verde e adatto ad una vacanza rilassante.
Il nostro purtroppo è stato un soggiorno breve (due giorni) e pieno di altri impegni che ci hanno impedito di assaporare appieno l'atmosfera del posto e l'ospitalità dei gestori. Comunque riteniamo di consigliarlo a chi vuole riposarsi o visitare il Basso Friuli o la zona di Trieste. Da parte nostra pensiamo, per il prossimo futuro, di essere nuovamente ospiti del B&B di Cristina e Alessandro. Giorgio e Tina.

Posto semplicemente meraviglioso. La camera Family è composta da due ampie camere da letto in un a struttura ad un solo piano. Ogni stanza ha accesso diretto ad un ampio parco con alberi da frutto.
Tutto l'ambiente è di recentissima ristrutturazione. Gli arredi di tutti gli ambienti sono nuovi e scelti con cura. Il bagno è grande con una doccia enorme.
La colazione è preparata dalla titolare nella cucina, comune alle due stanze. Colazione abbondante con brioche da pasticceria, pane burro marmellata nutella, biscotti ed una torta fresca dall'aspetto casalingo molto buona.
Alla luce di molte esperienze in giro per l'Italia ed all'estero, non ho mai trovato un ambiente dall'aspetto così curato. Ancora più vantaggioso se si considera che per il soggiorno di una notte per una famiglia di 4 persone abbiamo speso 75 euro con colazione.
Se dovessi soggiornare ancora dalle parti di Aquileia-Redipuglia, Tibú sarà la mia prima scelta.

La struttura é di nuovissima costruzione circondata dal verde arredata con gusto e praticità in una zona tranquilla facile da raggiungere e in posizione strategica per poter comodamente visitare le molte bellezze che il circondario offre, (mare-borghi-città-montagna). Belli gli spazi esterni. Le persone che la gestiscono sono eccezionali, per cordialità, cortesia e simpatia. Colazione per ghiottoni e pulizia al top.

Grazie al vostro sito per la possibilità offertaci di recensire il B&B "TIBU'" che ci ha ospitato. Non ho che parole di encomio a tutto tondo senza eccezioni per la cordialità del gestore, la struttura nuovissima e perfetta dal bagno alla camera, all'angolo cottura. Tutto nuovissimo: Tv, Satellitare, condizionatore, letto, doccia, ecc. Inoltre pulizia, ogni giorno, eccetto la Domenica, impeccabile in camera e bagno e naturalmente in cucina; ricambi biancheria, bagno e camera precisi e puntuali ed infine, colazioni più che abbondanti e bel parco curato intorno con angolo giardino esclusivo. Perfetta autonomia con chiavi e telecomando cancello sempre perfettamente funzionanti. In conclusione grazie Tibù, grazie ai proprietari Cristina ed Alessandro.

Lo stra consiglio. Abbiamo prenotato per due notti io e la mia famiglia (genitori + due bambine). Siamo stati accolti subito con cordialità. Gli alloggi si trova in una dependance separata dall'abitazione dei proprietari, ognuno degli alloggi ha il bagno privato. Tutto intorno un grande prato con un recinto con oche e galline. Al mattino la colazione è super abbondante dolce e salata viene servita nella spaziosa cucina (disponibile per gli ospiti), dotata di ogni servizio ed elettrodomestico. Si trova in una località molto comoda per girare il Friuli (Grado, Aquileia, Udine, Trieste, Palmanova,..).

Siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio e siamo stati accolti subito con cordialità. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito ed ordinato. La camera si trova in una depandance separata dall'abitazione dei proprietari con bagno privato.
La colazione, abbondante e ricca di prelibatezze (soprattutto il dolce fatto in casa da Cristina) ci è stata servita nella spaziosa cucina, dotata di ogni comfort, anche per cucinare, se avessimo voluto, il nostro pranzo / cena. Graziosi anche il salottino e la veranda. L'ampio giardino ha consentito anche alla nostra cagnolina (gli animali sono i benvenuti) di correre e giocare. È consentito parcheggiare l'auto all'interno con libertà di orario in quanto in dotazione con la chiave della camera abbiamo trovato il telecomando per aprire il cancello.
Lo consiglio sicuramente.
