In the center of the beautiful Central European city, I have created an environment with a nostalgic, romantic, and comfortable style, with a view of the sea. Just a three-minute walk from Piazza Unità, you can visit and appreciate the natural and artistic beauties of Trieste.
My first desire was to create a welcoming atmosphere in the rooms, paying great attention to the well-being of my guests.
During your stay, we will pamper you with small attentions, such as the rich breakfast that you can enjoy while admiring the splendid Gulf of Trieste, which will brighten your day. Furthermore, if you are traveling with a four-legged friend, we will provide a cozy bed for them as well.
It will be a great pleasure for me to organize guided tours, cultural, and gastronomic experiences in our precious territory, if you wish.

Area city center
The area where the property is located is extremely safe. Situated on the waterfront, just a 5-minute walk from the main square, it also offers paid parking. It is an area rich in restaurants of all kinds, from traditional to exotic, as well as pizzerias, bars, and ice cream parlors. Public transportation stops are only 20 meters away, and there is a taxi stand right in front of the building's entrance. Just 50 meters away, you can board public maritime ferry lines. Within a radius of 100 meters, you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, museums, the marine aquarium, and marinas. Additionally, the pedestrian zone of the historic center starts from Piazza Venezia.

Elisa greeted us; she was an extremely helpful and pleasant hostess - nothing was too much trouble. A lot of information was provided making our stay that much more enjoyable. The room was absolutely spotless, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. No question that we would stay there again when visiting Trieste. The location was very central, though parking for that reason was a little tricky. Fabulous view overlooking the port of Trieste.

Very nice accommodation and hostess. Very good location, you are immediately in the city center with lots of shops and restaurants. At breakfast there was everything you need, fresh fruit, muesli, cold cuts and cheese, and small sweets.

Bella struttura stile Impero con camere ampie e comode con parquet bellissimo.
Anche la sala colazione di alto livello.
Ambiente raffinato e curato a gestione familiare con una buona colazione.
La Signora Tamara ed il figlio Gabriele sono gentili ed aperti ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio.
Il Palazzo d'epoca non permette la presenza di un ascensore cosi portare i bagagli è stato un pò faticoso ma alla fine eravamo solo al secondo piano.
Posto ideale per visitare i punti centrali di Trieste.

Struttura molto curata e raffinata in palazzo molto signorile, accoglienza eccellente da parte della padrona di casa Tamara. Arredi eleganti, posizione centralissima con una vista sul mare incantevole. Colazione ottima, con dolci fatti in casa davvero buoni. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Creo que con el voto más alto está todo dicho. Nuestra estancia fue deliciosa. Pero además de las instalaciones quiero destacar algo que no se puede medir: el maravilloso trato de Tamara, su amabilidad, calidez, simpatía y disponibilidad. Si volviera a Trieste no buscaría otro alojamiento.

Sono venuta a Trieste con il mio compagno e mio figlio. Dovevamo dormire nella struttura solo una notte e invece siamo rimasti lì per tre notti. La proprietaria, persona davvero squisita, ci ha sistemato in due camere molto accoglienti e appartate, ci sembrava di stare in casa!
La posizione della struttura è perfetta, il palazzo bellissimo, l'arredamento ti fa sentire come dentro una favola insomma se avrò la fortuna di tornare a Trieste tornerò sicuramente li.
