We are a family-run winery located in San Floriano del Collio - Gorizia, producing handcrafted wines using the ancient traditional methods of Collio, while respecting nature and the health of consumers.

Our farmhouse offers 6 cozy and spacious newly built rooms overlooking the vineyards and forests of San Floriano del Collio. In the morning, you can enjoy a genuine and rich breakfast with local products, which can be served directly on the terrace of your room during the warmer months. Just a 5-minute drive from Gorizia and the highway, the Paraschos farmhouse will be an excellent base for your trips to Collio, Friuli, Slovenia, and Croatia.

I went with my dog to Paraschos. It is a small villa surrounded by vineyards, very quiet, tastefully decorated and clean. I had difficulty getting there because the navigator was freezing; San Floriano is a small village nestled in Slovenia and the roaming was not efficient. For those who wish to explore it, it is better to arrive from Gorizia. The Paraschos are friendly and kind. The lady prepares sweets and jams for a superb breakfast, served in summer on the open porch. It's worth it. For solo travelers, it may be a bit expensive, but the place makes you forget about the price.

B&B molto curato pulito e silenzioso. estremamente accoglienti e disponibili i proprietari molto attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Genuina e ricca la colazione servita nella veranda della sala colazioni con vista sulle colline. Consigliatissimo.

La collocazione, in campagna nei pressi di una frazione di S. Floriano ai margini di una vigna con vista sulle colline del Collio, garantisce una grande tranquillità. Costruzione moderna e confortevole. I proprietari, molto cortesi e disponibili, gestiscono un'azienda agricola che produce vini di grande qualità. Ottima base di partenza per visitare Gorizia ed esplorare la zona.

Ambiente riposante tra le colline e le vigne. Camera spaziosissima, ben attrezzata e con sbocco sul porticato esterno dotato di tavolino e sdraio. Molto ampi anche gli spazi comuni. Ambienti praticamente nuovi. La proprietaria dimostra il piacere dell'accoglienza con attenzione cortese agli ospiti, piacevoli conversazioni e dolci casalinghi per la colazione del mattino (ma ottime anche le marmellate). Cercheremo di tornare.

Excellent communication with the host from start to finish. Easy check-in and out. The GPS had no trouble directing us to the property. Very close to the Italy-Slovenia motorway. Location in the vineyards was perfect and beautiful. Room perfectly clean, new and good sized. Great view from the terrace. Breakfast was very good. Host kindly directed us to a very nice nearby restaurant, "Al Ponte" for dinner. Overall a perfect stay - will definitely return and recommend to others.

Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno presso questa struttura che consiglio caldamente, bellissima e pulitissima la camera, posizione eccellente per visitare la Slovenia e tantissimi itinerari storici, gentilissimi i gestori, sicuramente da provare!
