Quiet location, very clean, comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Matteo is very friendly and responds quickly. He recommended many things to us: restaurants and the beach, and we enjoyed all his recommendations. We will gladly come back.

We spent 4 nights in the apartment and were very satisfied, both with the owner's helpful approach and the facilities. We appreciated the parking behind the gate, the air conditioning, the cleanliness, and all the amenities.

Great super-equipped apartment, there is really nothing missing: kitchen utensils, indispensable (such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee, etc.), dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, bathroom necessities, hairdryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc. The cleanliness was impeccable, the host very helpful. For us, it was the base for a short visit to Friuli, very close to Aquileia, Grado and Palmanova, convenient for taking the train to Trieste! Definitely highly recommended!

The apartment is wonderful, located in a quiet area, the sights and attractions in the surrounding area are easily accessible. There is very good, fresh water from its own well. The landlord is very friendly.
