Description

The B&B Le Falesie of Sistiana is a low energy eco-house which creates enormous advantages for the comfort of its inhabitants.

The house is surrounded by a great garden, with an internal parking area and independent entrance for the guests.

We have two large rooms, well lit, with double beds (14 sm). The rooms are tastefully furnished with valuable pieces and facing east, with direct access to the outside.

The windowed bathroom is shared, equipped with shower and hairdryer; however, upon request and if available, the bathroom can be exclusive of one room. The breakfast room is comfortable, with direct access to the outside, in case you wish to enjoy a pleasant breakfast outdoors in the fresh & nice summer mornings.

The whole house is strictly NON SMOKING; NO KITCHEN SERVICE available; NO CAMPING GAS and NO PETS allowed.

Welcome to the beautiful setting of Sistiana, in the romantic eco system of the Triestine Karst, where the blue sea crashes against the white steep coastal cliffs ("le falesie").
The B&B “Le Falesie” is located in Sistiana, nestled in between Trieste and Monfalcone and only a few minutes from the seaside.
Any season is perfect for a pleasant stay with us, either to enjoy the surrounding nature, with its perfumes and rich flavors in the "Osmize" or simply to have an energizing and refreshing swim in our wonderful crystal blue Adriatic Sea.
The location is also excellent for exploring some cities of art like Trieste, Grado, Udine, Aquileia or Cividale del Friuli (UNESCO World Heritage Sites) or even Ljubljana, in the near Slovenia.
We look forward to welcoming you and to making sure your stay is an enjoyable one!

Our stay at Le Falesie was a really nice experience. The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained, and there was everything we needed. The breakfasts were very tasty and offered a wide choice, with great coffee as well. Chiara is a really nice and welcoming person, and it was a pleasure to meet her. We stayed two nights in this beautiful house. Guests have access to two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and a small entrance hall where breakfast can be taken. My daughter and I occupied one room, my friend and her daughter the other, so the entire structure was at our complete disposal. We found everything perfect and spotless. The impression is that everything has been freshly renovated, with brand new windows, brand new internal doors, freshly painted walls, and perfect floors, all well cared for and beautifully maintained. The decor also features beautiful antique wooden furniture, with a truly elegant and welcoming taste. The house is pleasant and warm as well as modern and functional. Stunning! As guests, we had a parking space in the courtyard of the house, an absolutely essential added value. The location in Sistiana is excellent, you can reach shops and useful services on foot, and in 5 minutes by car you can also reach a very well-stocked Conad. The sea is very close! If you want, you can walk down to the bay of Sistiana, we always went by car and you really get there in no time. Ms. Chiara was an exceptional host: kind and welcoming, immediately available for any needs, caring and courteous. We had such a great time that I can't wait to return to this little beautiful paradise!

We stayed at Chiara's for two nights and felt at home. Beautiful house and a quiet, welcoming, and relaxing environment. It's a shame we couldn't spend more time because Chiara is a wonderful person. Nowadays, it's hard to meet such authentic and special people like her. It's a pity we didn't have more time to chat about the places and traditions of this beautiful region of Friuli Venezia Giulia that we know little about. But we consider ourselves lucky to have chosen their house for our mini vacation!

She welcomed us with a beautiful smile and immediately made us feel comfortable by meeting our needs, such as the request for a savory breakfast instead of a sweet one. We stayed as a couple at the B&B. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, you feel at home. It's very convenient for everything: the breakfast is plentiful, the view is beautiful, it's very close to the beach and has a spacious garden with parking. Also, it's convenient for bus stops. Ms. Chiara Bosio and her husband are incredibly kind and friendly. We will definitely return.

We had a great time, Chiara is very kind, friendly, and reserved. We asked for a fan and the next day we had a brand new one in the room. Varied, excellent, and abundant breakfast. If it had air conditioning (but probably this is an unusual heat), it would be top.

My girlfriend and I spent two weeks at this B&B: beautiful structure, quiet and relaxing room, impeccable cleanliness, excellent and abundant breakfast, which can be served in the garden if desired. The property is in a great location, 15 km from Trieste and a 15-minute walk from the sea. Nearby there are various restaurants and trattorias, a supermarket within walking distance in a few minutes, a pharmacy, a bakery, etc. If you want to use public transport to reach Trieste, there is a convenient bus stop nearby. The kindness and availability of Mrs. Chiara and her family deserve praise: we can't wait to go back.

I recommend this Bed & Breakfast with all my heart. The structure is excellent, everything is well-kept and kind. The breakfast among the flowers is wonderful. Sam, the "little dog", is delightful. What can I say? Excellent is the minimum. The only downside? I thought I wouldn't use the car for a few days, but I did; I would say it is essential to reach the places of interest and I didn't mind too much. Thank you Chiara for everything. Thank you Sam for your sweetness. Thanks to everyone. I will be back.

This is a family-run Bed & Breakfast and it should be noted from the outset that the welcome and demonstrated availability are top-notch. The rooms and bathroom are carefully furnished and cleanliness is another strong point of this Bed & Breakfast. It should also be added that the structure is very recently built and the finishes are of a high standard, therefore, for these reasons as well, I felt it deserved the highest score. The breakfast served was plentiful and nothing was missing. It was even served in the garden so we could enjoy the beautiful sunny day. The location is optimal as it is a strategic area for visiting the city of Trieste and the surrounding areas. Furthermore, it is located just a few minutes from the beach and the nightlife of Sistiana. Highly recommended!

Chiara and her family are helpful and great company. I can guarantee that I felt at home and completely comfortable. The location is optimal as it is a strategic area to visit the city of Trieste and the neighboring towns, but at the same time only a few minutes from the beach and the nightlife of Sistiana. Highly recommended!

Excellent welcome from Chiara with her big dog Sam:). The structure is very beautiful, very clean and strategically located for the sea but also for excursions in the Carso. Very pleasant breakfasts in the garden, with homemade bread by the hostess, honey, seasonal fruit and many other good things. Highly recommended.

Chiara and Spartaco, the managers of the B&B, are friendly and welcoming. The structure is new, inserted in the recently built villa: the rooms and the bathroom are very bright, spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. The location is very quiet and convenient to the shops/restaurants of Sistiana and to the main places of interest (Rilke trail within walking distance, Duino, Trieste, Aquileia, etc). The solution of the two rooms with dining area is ideal for a family: the breakfast was satisfying for the quality and quantity of the products and for the delicious homemade bread by Chiara! Let's not forget the friendliness and good manners of Sam, the dog who provided pleasant company during the stay. Absolutely recommended.

Everything was impeccable, courtesy and kindness of the hostess, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The only downside was one bathroom for two rooms. However, as far as we are concerned, it affected us very little as the second room was occupied for only one night and they left early in the morning.
