Description
All rooms come with a bathroom equipped with a shower, a mini kitchen with an electric plate, an extractor hood, and a refrigerator (a support for those with children or small pets or who wake up at night, etc.). The service is hotel-like, with daily room cleaning, linen change, and breakfast in the common room.

In agreement with the beautiful restaurant on the noble floor of the "Casa Oberrichter" palace, half-board can be practiced for stays of more than 3 nights.

The double room costs €50.00 per person, the third bed €25.00. Children up to 3 years old stay for free, from 4 to 11 years old it costs €20.00.

For stays of more than 5 nights, there is a 10% discount. Well-behaved small pets are accepted: €5.00.

Breakfast is included in the price.

Our breakfasts provide a range of six unique types of homemade jams, homemade pastries, fruit juices, 20 different types of tea, espresso and American coffee, four different cup sizes of cappuccinos, Italian and Viennese hot chocolates, lighter options for children, and more. Upon request, we also offer European-style breakfasts with eggs and cold dishes (for an additional charge).

There are five spacious rooms in the attic of a building from the 1400s, built in the Bamberghese style, located in the heart of the wooded Valcanale, 10 km from the Tarvisio ski slopes and the road to Pramollo. It is 13 km from the open border with Carinthia (Villach) and 15 km from the border with Slovenia (Kraniska gora).

There is a bike path connected to Austria and Slovenia, currently active up to Chiusaforte.

There is a bus service from Udine, and the nearest train station is 3 km and 11 km away.

As soon as you step through the door of Le Case di Oberrichter, it feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The warmth of the place envelops you and your eyes are captivated by all the beauties and decorations of the house. Every time you look around, you notice something new. Pure magic. Marina and her family are fabulous people. The cuisine is spectacular. We will come back, I'm sure of it.

A warm and attentive welcome, in a beautiful setting, a fabulous and cozy room, and a treatment fit for a queen (crown included!). Recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy the wonders of the surrounding mountains. Easy to reach and close to everything beautiful you seek in a holiday of excursions, nature, and culture. Dinner is excellent and plentiful, from the starter to the dessert.

Le Case di Oberrichter ist ein ganz besonderes B+B, sowohl das Haus und seine Räumlichkeiten, als auch die Bewirtung. Vor allem das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen. In diesen wunderbar gestalteten Räumen, so vorzüglich verpflegt, sollte man mehr als einen Tag verbringen. Und die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer - vor allem von "Mimi" - gibt einem das Gefühl ein willkommener Gast zu sein. Malborghetto selbst ist ein interessanter Ort an diesem Alpe-Adria-Radweg und würde sich gut zum Ruhetag eignen. Wir waren begeistert und hoffen, noch einmal wieder zu kommen.

Bellissima struttura d'epoca, completamente ristrutturata e arredata con manufatti realizzati dai proprietari. Ampie stanze decorate a tema e dotate di cucinino. Colazioni con dolci appena sfornati è marmellate casalinghe. Possibilità di cenare con un menù tutto locale.

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad auf dem Alpe Adria Weg unterwegs. In der Case di Oberrichter wurden wir sehr freundlich aufgenommen und bewirtet. Phantastische Atmosphäre, originelle Zimmer, prima Abendessen.

Bellissima casa molto particolare e fuori dai normali canoni e per questo è meravigliosa le camere tutte in legno si respira l'aria del luogo dove si soggiorna. Ottima colazione con una grande varietà di prodotti fatti in casa e tipici. Ottima cena. Torneremo presto.

Ampiamente confermate le aspettative per questo B&B. Stanze bellissime e molto confortevoli. Ottima la colazione. Ottime le proposte per la cena e prezzi adeguati, un po' meno i vini. Complessivamente una bellissima esperienza sicuramente da consigliare anche a chi come noi ci arriverà' in bicicletta.

Ottima struttura per trascorrere qualche giorno in relax. La famiglia è meravigliosa e molto accogliente. Le camere e la struttura in generale sono deliziose.. vere bomboniere. Consiglio vivamente di fermarsi anche solo una notte. La cena è stata ottima: molto ricercata, di qualità ed estremamente curata. Grazie ancora a Marina per i suoi racconti.
