Description

All rooms come with a bathroom equipped with a shower, a mini kitchen with an electric plate, an extractor hood, and a refrigerator (a support for those with children or small pets or who wake up at night, etc.). The service is hotel-like, with daily room cleaning, linen change, and breakfast in the common room.

In agreement with the beautiful restaurant on the noble floor of the "Casa Oberrichter" palace, half-board can be practiced for stays of more than 3 nights.

The double room costs €50.00 per person, the third bed €25.00. Children up to 3 years old stay for free, from 4 to 11 years old it costs €20.00.

For stays of more than 5 nights, there is a 10% discount. Well-behaved small pets are accepted: €5.00.

Breakfast is included in the price.

Our breakfasts provide a range of six unique types of homemade jams, homemade pastries, fruit juices, 20 different types of tea, espresso and American coffee, four different cup sizes of cappuccinos, Italian and Viennese hot chocolates, lighter options for children, and more. Upon request, we also offer European-style breakfasts with eggs and cold dishes (for an additional charge).

There are five spacious rooms in the attic of a building from the 1400s, built in the Bamberghese style, located in the heart of the wooded Valcanale, 10 km from the Tarvisio ski slopes and the road to Pramollo. It is 13 km from the open border with Carinthia (Villach) and 15 km from the border with Slovenia (Kraniska gora).

There is a bike path connected to Austria and Slovenia, currently active up to Chiusaforte.

There is a bus service from Udine, and the nearest train station is 3 km and 11 km away.

As soon as you step through the door of Le Case di Oberrichter, it feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The warmth of the place envelops you and your eyes are captivated by all the beauties and decorations of the house. Every time you look around, you notice something new. Pure magic. Marina and her family are fabulous people. The cuisine is spectacular. We will come back, I'm sure of it.

A warm and attentive welcome, in a beautiful setting, a fabulous and cozy room, and a treatment fit for a queen (crown included!). Recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy the wonders of the surrounding mountains. Easy to reach and close to everything beautiful you seek in a holiday of excursions, nature, and culture. Dinner is excellent and plentiful, from the starter to the dessert.

Le Case di Oberrichter is a very special B+B, both the house and its spaces, as well as the hospitality. Especially the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. In these wonderfully furnished rooms, so well fed, you should spend more than a day. And the kindness of the owners - especially 'Mimi' - makes you feel like a welcome guest. Malborghetto itself is an interesting place along this Alpe-Adria cycle path and would be ideal for a day of rest. We were thrilled and hope to come back again.

Beautiful historic property, completely renovated and furnished with artifacts made by the owners. Spacious rooms decorated thematically and equipped with a small kitchen. Breakfasts with freshly baked pastries and homemade jams. Possibility to have dinner with a completely local menu.

Beautiful house very particular and outside the normal standards and for this reason it is wonderful, the rooms all in wood you can breathe the air of the place where you stay. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of homemade and typical products. Excellent dinner. We will be back soon.

For those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in a structure that seems to be cut out of a fairy tale book, for those who want to feel comfortable in a family atmosphere. For those who want to feel pampered and spoiled with excellent food and many other small attentions that the owner knows how to weave around you, this is your ideal place. I highly recommend it.

The expectations for this B&B were widely confirmed. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great dinner options and adequate prices, slightly less so for the wines. Overall a beautiful experience definitely recommendable even for those like us arriving by bicycle.

Excellent facility to spend a few days in relaxation. The family is wonderful and very welcoming. The rooms and the structure in general are delightful, true treasures. I highly recommend stopping even just for one night. The dinner was excellent: very refined, quality and extremely well taken care of. Thanks again to Marina for her stories.
