Marco ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und die Kommunikation klappte bereits vor der Anreise tadellos. Wir hatten das Glück und bekamen statt des reservierten Doppelzimmers sogar ein ganze Wohnung. Der reservierte Parkplatz war direkt nebenan, abgeschlossen und per Video überwacht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt um Triest zu erkunden.
In der Beschreibung des B&B wird ein reichhaltiges Frühstück angekündigt. Leider hatte das, was man uns als Frühstück im Kühlschrank deponiert hat absolut nichts mit reichhaltig zu tun. Wir erwarten definitiv kein Frühstück nach deutschen Maßstäben (andere Länder, andere Sitten), aber es gab noch nicht einmal Brot! Das Ganze beschränkte sich auf jede Menge Joghurt, etwas Obst, Butter, 5 Portionspäckchen Marmelade (für 5 Tage bei 2 Personen) und einer Packung Zwieback. Eine Anzahl an Kräutertees war auch noch vorhanden, eine Kaffeemaschine gab es leider auch nicht. So mussten wir uns am ersten Tag erst einmal auf den Weg zum Supermarkt machen und einkaufen.
Wir haben schon oft B&B in Italien gebucht und hatten vorher nie Grund uns über das Frühstück zu beklagen.
Auch hätte ich mir gewünscht ein wenig Informationsmaterial über Triest vorzufinden.
Check in und check out funktionierten tadellos und unkompliziert.

Frühstück italienisch, daher für unsere Begriffe etwas karg; Vermieter äusserst kooperativ und freundlich und verlässlich und flexibel (wir kamen 3 Stunden später wegen Stau auf der Autobahn und das alles war kein Problem für ihn) Parkplatz sicher in Tiefgarage!
Sofort wieder buchbar, ein echter Geheimtipp (Lage sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhige Hinterhoflage; Wohnung neu renoviert, alles funktionierte tadellos (Gasherd, Waschmaschine, Heizung, Warmwasser usw).

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, il B&B "Grignetti Bed", dal 14 al 16 agosto 2023. Si trova in un'ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal centro di Trieste, ed è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, il che lo rende l'ideale per visitare la bellissima città.
La struttura è pulita e confortevole, dotata di servizi privati, climatizzatore, TV, cassaforte e macchina del caffè in camera. Inoltre, offre tutto ciò che serve per la colazione e una cucina ad uso comune è disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.
Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario, il signor Marco, una persona veramente gentile, disponibile e attenta alle esigenze dei clienti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo consigliamo vivamente.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.

Il b&b gode di un’ottima posizione, a un passo da tutte le attrazioni turistiche, Marco il gestore, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. A pagamento, nei pressi della struttura il garage per auto e moto. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Si tratta di un intero appartamento, il mio era situato al n. 23 di via Rossetti. Il proprietario vi aspetta per la consegna delle chiavi, le spiegazioni del caso e il saldo del dovuto. Dopodiché resta facilmente raggiungibile in caso di bisogno. In frigo e nella dispensa c'è tutto l'occorrente per una colazione basic per l'intero soggiorno. Caffè per la moka, filtri per il tè, merendine, cacao solubile, frutta fresca, yogurt e bottigliette di acqua minerale. Al massimo c'è via XX Settembre a pochi passi, piena di locali per la colazione o l'aperitivo. C'è la lavatrice, che può sempre tornare utile e l'aria condizionata in camera. A 5 minuti a piedi dal teatro Rossetti e a 15 dal centro. Per il parcheggio provate a chiedere direttamente al proprietario, potrebbe trovarvi una più che ottima soluzione.

Ottima soluzione per il pernottamento a Trieste, ma non solo. E' un vero e proprio appartamento, con cucina, stanza da letto, bagno e atrio, tutto nuovo, pulito e funzionale. Non lontano dal centro, raggiungibile con breve passeggiata. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare, in garage coperto e custodito, letteralmente sotto il palazzo, per 10 euro a notte: sarebbe impossibile e scomodissimo lasciare l'auto altrove. A disposizione per chi alloggia, prodotti per la prima colazione, acqua, frutta, e possibilità di usare cucina e lavatrice. Perfetto per soggiorni brevi o meno brevi, visti gli ampi spazi a disposizione.

La struttura è bella e pulita, ha la possibilità di avere parcheggio a pagamento comodissimo (che raccomando) ed è a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. La cattedrale ed il castello sono a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi. Marco è gentilissimo e risponde rapidamente a tutte le richieste. Raccomando questa struttura perchè ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ho soggiornato da Grignetti Bed per due notti io e la mia compagna. Mi sono trovato molto bene. Personale disponibile e cortese, casa pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata con tutto il necessario. C'è anche la possibilità di parcheggio al sicuro con poco (extra). Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro. lo consiglio vivamente. A presto.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione e cortesia imbattibili. Il B&B Grignetti si trova in una posizione comodissima per visitare Trieste, la camera è molto carina, silenziosa, pulita e confortevole, così come il bagno. Disponibile posto auto che a Trieste, credetemi, è il top. Marco, il proprietario, assolutamente gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Noi siamo stati benissimo, Trieste è bellissima e merita una visita, noi ci torneremo e torneremo nel B&B Grignetti, dove ci siamo sentiti a Casa.

Bella camera, molto spaziosa e soprattutto pulitissima. Avendo parenti a Trieste sicuramente prenoteremo ancora in questa struttura. 10 punti in più per la possibilità del posto macchina in garage. Molto cortese il proprietario Sig. Marco. Consigliatissima!

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti in una delle strutture ricettive del B&b: tutto di ottimo livello stanze ben riscaldate ambiente tranquillo. Proprietario disponibile sin da prima del check in. La struttura si trova in una posizione da cui con una piacevole passeggiata è possibile accedere alle vie pedonali del centro e alle principali piazze. vivamente consigliato per chi vuole godere dell’ospitalità triestina.

Appartamento rinnovato, molto silenzioso nonostante in centro città, con tutti i servizi necessari, TV, WiFi, cucina attrezzata e lavatrice. Bagno molto bello e curato. Accetta animali.

Avevo già soggiornato presso B&B Grignetti due anni fa per ragioni universitarie, dovendo tornare a Trieste per lo stesso motivo non ho esitato a prenotare di nuovo presso la stessa struttura.
La stanza è ampia, calda, pulitissima e fornita di ogni comfort (TV, prese elettriche, sedie, armadio capiente).
Per non parlare del bagno, caldo, moderno e, ovviamente, pulitissimo anch'esso.
Non posso fare a meno di consigliare questa struttura a chi scegliere di venire a Trieste ed è alla ricerca di un B&B bello e silenzioso in centro. Sono certa che non ve ne pentirete.

Gentilissimo il proprietario che ci ha accolto esaudendo ogni nostra richiesta dato che abbiamo due bimbi piccolissimi. Posizione ottimale e pulizia ci hanno fatto vivere Trieste in modo magnifico.
