Marco has been kind enough to coordinate with me until I reached my destination. The property is well located and the building is calm and secure. Amenities are close, including a bakery, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. The city center is not far on foot. The property is well equipped with a cooker, dishes, etc. I will definitely come back some other time. P.S. Also, there is a parking spot to be booked separately if need be in the same building, which has been very helpful. Mohammed.

A pleasant stay at this property. The host was very friendly and helpful. It is quite close to the city centre, easily reachable on foot. Only the mattress might need improvement and the central location also entails some noise from the street. Otherwise, recommended.

Pleasant stay. Host available for every need. Something to review for the bathroom (there's no shelf inside the shower cabin and a dispenser for soap-shampoo is missing). For breakfast, it would be desirable to have something "savory" as well. Comfortable room despite the external air conditioning unit placed outside the window, probably from another structure, quite noisy (luckily it is off during the night). Everything else works very well and contributes to a pleasant stay. Recommended for a mini-vacation in a beautiful city.

Very good attention, Marcos was in communication from the very first moment. Breakfast is not served, they leave you the items to prepare it. There was plenty of yogurt and bottled water, but it lacked a little more croissants and it would have been nice to have some cheese and cold cuts. Overall, it is a nice accommodation at a good price.

Nice place near the center, clean, courteous manager. The only drawback is that the only window in the room faced a place where the sun didn't reach, and the parking is paid and a bit far from the apartment. Normal breakfast with a coffee machine in the room and snacks, unlimited bottles of water. It doesn't have a POS.

Very good welcome from the owner. The location is great and the apartment is large and clean. If you are driving, it is better to reserve a parking space (for a fee). The only downside is no Wifi.

A positive note is the resolution of a linen problem by the manager. A negative note is that certain issues should not occur. I would recommend greater care of the environments because such negligence is not fair to those who stay. I would also recommend higher quality in the products offered for breakfast. The location is excellent for both dining and visiting the beautiful city of Trieste.

Structure twenty minutes from the historic center of Trieste but still adjacent to the pedestrian area. Nearby there is a supermarket, a bakery, a delicatessen, a pharmacy, and many places to eat all kinds of food. Clean room with a fridge, coffee machine, and air conditioning in the room. The included breakfast includes yogurt, milk, biscuits, and snacks. In the kitchen, available to all guests, there are fruits, tea, herbal teas, and a moka pot for those who prefer traditional coffee. Mr. Marco kindly provided lactose-free foods due to my intolerance that I had reported. A convenient and economical parking near the structure was made available to us by Mr. Marco. The only thing I would change is the pillows.

Unfortunately, it didn't go well. They gave us a separate mini apartment from the B&B that didn't have the kitchen shutter because it was broken, and during a storm it flooded, and the French window, which didn't even have a lock, would swing open with every gust of wind. We had to put the table against the window to keep it closed. The breakfast, included in the rate, consisted of some packaged snacks, yogurt, little jams, and 1/5 liter of milk that we consumed in one morning, some "very ripe" oranges, nothing salty or fresh, a moka pot for coffee that leaked coffee and that we couldn't open anymore. Ongoing construction in a nearby apartment that started hammering and making a lot of noise at 7.45am, impossible to sleep or watch TV. The owner, who was aware of it, should not have rented an apartment in those conditions. Convenient indoor parking at a cost of 10 euros per day, we stayed for three days. You can tell when someone puts passion into their work and when they do it solely for profit. We were refunded 50 euros (I thanked the manager) for the inconvenience, but the disappointment was not erased. The front door kept making noise continuously, we had to put a thickness underneath to block it. In short, a lot of disappointment for a long-awaited trip.

We stayed four nights at this comfortable, bright, clean, and quiet property. We found the fridge full of fruit, yogurt, and drinks; for breakfast, there were also tea, coffee, herbal teas, and various snacks available. The owner was very kind and even allowed us to leave the room in the early afternoon at no additional charge; furthermore, he provided us with various information to explore Trieste, which we liked very much. In short, we had a good time and would return.

I booked a room, I was given a whole apartment! On the 5th floor, but with an elevator, spacious and bright, kitchen equipped with a washing machine and microwave, not to mention the fridge, provided with everything needed for breakfast, in the pantry coffee, tea and various infusions. Not being in the main structure, the manager of the property made me find croissants and other packaged sweets in addition to toast for breakfast. Quiet with a view of the rooftops, in a central position, 5 minutes from via XX settembre, and 10 minutes from piazza Goldoni and the central area, I was fully satisfied with the accommodation and recommend it. Definitely if I come back to Trieste I will book it.

Marco is a very nice landlord and communication was flawless even before the arrival. We were lucky to get an entire apartment instead of the reserved double room. The reserved parking was right next door, locked and under video surveillance. The location of the accommodation was perfect for exploring Trieste. In Grignetti Bed, a rich breakfast is announced. Unfortunately, what was left in the fridge as breakfast had absolutely nothing to do with a rich meal. We certainly don't expect a German-style breakfast (different countries, different customs), but there wasn't even any bread! It was just yogurt, some fruit, butter, 5 individual jam packets (for 5 days for 2 people), and a pack of rusks. There were also various herbal teas, but unfortunately, there was no coffee machine. So on the first day, we had to go to the supermarket and shop. We have booked B&Bs in Italy many times and have never had reason to complain about breakfast. I would have also liked to find some information material about Trieste. Check-in and check-out were flawless and uncomplicated.

My husband and I stayed at this property, the B&B "Grignetti Bed", from August 14th to 16th, 2023. It is in a great location, just a few steps from the center of Trieste, and is well served by public transport, making it ideal for visiting the beautiful city. The property is clean and comfortable, equipped with private facilities, air conditioning, TV, safe, and a coffee machine in the room. Additionally, it offers everything needed for breakfast, and a communal kitchen is available for any needs. We were greeted by the owner, Mr. Marco, a truly kind, helpful person attentive to the customers' needs. We had a great time and highly recommend it. The value for money is excellent.

This is a whole apartment, mine was located at no. 23 via Rossetti. The owner awaits you for the keys handover, explanations as needed, and payment settlement. Then he remains easily reachable in case of need. In the fridge and pantry, you will find everything you need for a basic breakfast for the entire stay. Coffee for the moka pot, tea filters, snacks, soluble cocoa, fresh fruit, yogurt, and small bottles of mineral water. At most, there's via XX Settembre just a few steps away, full of places for breakfast or an aperitif. There's a washing machine, which can always come in handy, and air conditioning in the room. 5 minutes walk from the Rossetti theater and 15 minutes from the center. For parking, try asking the owner directly, he might find you a more than excellent solution.

Excellent solution for overnight stays in Trieste, but not only. It is a real apartment, with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and atrium, all new, clean, and functional. Not far from the center, reachable with a short walk. Kind and helpful owner. Excellent parking possibility, in a covered and guarded garage, literally under the building, for 10 euros per night: it would be impossible and very inconvenient to leave the car elsewhere. Available for guests, breakfast products, water, fruit, and the possibility to use the kitchen and washing machine. Perfect for short or longer stays, given the ample space available.

The structure is beautiful and clean, it has the possibility of convenient paid parking (which I recommend) and is about 20-25 minutes walk from the central square. The cathedral and the castle are about 10-15 minutes walk away. Marco is very kind and responds quickly to all requests. I recommend this structure because it has an excellent value for money.

Unbeatable value for money, location and courtesy. The Grignetti B&B is in a very convenient location to visit Trieste, the room is very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. Parking available which in Trieste, believe me, is top notch. Marco, the owner, is absolutely very kind and helpful. We had a great time, Trieste is beautiful and deserves a visit, we will come back and return to the Grignetti B&B, where we felt at home.

I stayed for 3 nights in one of the accommodation facilities of the B&B: everything at an excellent level, well-heated rooms, quiet environment. The owner was available from before check-in. The property is located in a position from which, with a pleasant walk, you can access the pedestrian streets of the center and the main squares. Italian breakfast, therefore a bit sparse for our taste. The landlord extremely cooperative, friendly, reliable, and flexible (we arrived 3 hours later due to traffic jam on the highway and it was not a problem for him). Safe parking in garage! Immediately bookable again, a real insider tip (very central location and still quiet in the backyard; newly renovated apartment, everything worked perfectly (gas stove, washing machine, heating, hot water, etc.).

I had already stayed at B&B Grignetti two years ago for university reasons, having to return to Trieste for the same reason I didn't hesitate to book again at the same structure. The room is spacious, warm, very clean and equipped with every comfort (TV, electrical outlets, chairs, spacious wardrobe). Not to mention the bathroom, warm, modern and, obviously, very clean as well. I can't help but recommend this structure to those who choose to come to Trieste and are looking for a beautiful and quiet B&B in the center. I'm sure you won't regret it.
