Description
Chalet holidays at Dolomiti Village will immerse you in the scents, sounds, and ancient traditions of Ravascletto, where majestic nature stretches between the Crostis and Zoncolan massifs and the green Degano valley.
At Dolomiti Village, you will find not just a room or accommodation, but a true vacation experience to fully embrace the authenticity of the territory, reconnect with nature, and spend your stay in the absolute intimacy of a home-like atmosphere.
The chalet, entirely made of wood, is spread over two floors and a loft and can accommodate from two to six people. The sleeping area, on the upper floor, consists of a double bedroom, a relaxation area that can be converted into a bedroom with two beds, and a loft with two beds. The living area, on the lower floor, features a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom, divided into two separate rooms, and is equipped with everything needed to make guests feel at home.
All chalets are equipped with a hot tub with a window door that opens directly onto the veranda. On the outdoor veranda, during summer evenings, you can enjoy your vacation with a barbecue or gaze at the stars in complete tranquility.
The chalet can be used by just two people or by larger groups, up to a maximum of six people.
And for a wellness break, relax in one of the four outdoor saunas reserved for Village guests.

Hey from Claudia
Inspiration
There is a special place, in Val Pesarina where, over the last century, a small rural village was built, made of “stavoli”, small wood and stone constructions where farmers took their animals to rest during the transhumance: the Stavoli Orias.
The project
Inspired by the rural architecture of the Stavoli Orias, Dolomiti Village began to take shape in 2014, when the first house, recovered from an ancient stavolo, was joined by our chalets, built with the materials and construction techniques of the old constructions used by the farmers.
Conditions
Area
Travelling along the roads of Val Degano you come across some enchanting villages, Povolaro and Maranzanis being the nearest, where time seems to have stood still. In fact, the villages in this valley still have their characteristic architecture almost fully intact, with exposed stone houses, covered with roofs made of typical terracotta tiles. In the nearby Val Pesarina, the heart of the Friuli Dolomites, it is worth visiting Pesariis, the village of clocks. There you can visit the Clock Museum, which takes you back through the history and evolution of time measuring instruments. Along the streets of the village, there are 12 monumental clocks located at different points along a very evocative route, which has become a sort of open-air museum. Just outside the village, slightly above the hamlet of Truia, a short walk leads to the stavoli Orias, characteristic rural mountain buildings which, unlike in other places, are collected into a small cluster here.
From Dolomiti Village it is easy to reach all the main tourist locations in Carnia: Sauris, Arta Terme or Tolmezzo, the capital of Carnia with the village of Illegio, where an international religious art exhibition is held every year. Or even in Pedemontana Friulana, at Lake Cavazzo or at the natural reserve in Cornino. And why not take a trip over the border into nearby Austria? There are many possible itineraries for excursions or visits to the small natural and artistic treasures of Friuli Venezia Giulia and the bordering countries.
