On the ground floor, exposed beams frame a bright living area featuring a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials, such as an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Amenities include a washing machine, ironing board and iron, drying rack, cleaning supplies, a TV, radio, and children's games, along with a high chair and a kit for furry guests.

The first floor, with its exposed beams and wooden flooring, houses a room with two single beds (which can be joined upon request) and a crib, a bathroom with a window and shower, and a furnished terrace for enjoyable moments outdoors.

The attic on the second floor, also featuring wooden flooring, includes a room with three single beds and a bathroom with a window and bathtub. Wooden internal stairs connect the floors seamlessly.

Within a short distance, there are free parking spaces and areas with time-limited parking. The house comes equipped with bed and bath linens, ensuring a clean and homely atmosphere, perfect for feeling at home right away.

Just 5 km away is San Daniele del Friuli, renowned worldwide for its exquisite prosciutto, while the nearby hamlet of Villalta is home to the impressive castle of the same name. The Oasi dei Quadris, famous for its storks that symbolize the area, provides an authentic connection to nature, and the “Cjase Cocel” Museum of Peasant Civilization showcases the lifestyles and customs of the past. Don’t miss the Fagagna dairy, known for its traditional cheeses.

Within a 20-30 minute drive, visitors can explore other captivating castles, such as Ragogna with its World War hiking trails, as well as the castles of Rive d’Arcano and Colloredo di Monte Albano.
