The apartment is located on Alviano Street, adjacent to the "Torri d'Europa" shopping center. The area is well served by the transport network, which connects the center in a few minutes: Piazza Goldoni (n. 29), the train station, the Rive, and Piazza Unità (n. 8).

Our vacation home is located near the sea in the Semi-central area. "Renata Vacation Home" is a friendly and comfortable structure.

We stayed in this apartment for many days for health reasons. The property is a few minutes' walk from Burlo, so the location was excellent for us. The train station is also easily reachable by bus (stop right outside the building). Another convenience is the presence of a shopping center (with a pharmacy) five minutes on foot. The apartment is very well equipped. The owner, although we did not meet her in person, was always extremely kind and above all helpful and understanding.

Holiday home Renata was chosen because it is located near an area I was interested in. It is in an area well served by public transport and, in any case, if you are driving you do not have problems finding parking. It is also very close to the shopping center with an attached pharmacy and cinema. The house is inside a building without an elevator. It is a bit noisy during the day because of traffic. The kitchen would occasionally need a more thorough cleaning. Overall the value for money is good.

The apartment lacks nothing. It is located near the shopping center; moreover, there is the shuttle stop right below the house. Burlo Hospital is a 10-minute walk away. The owner was helpful and very kind. I was sorry not to have met her in person.

The apartment is located in a not very central neighborhood but well connected by several city bus lines. The stop is just below. There is always free street parking. There is a large shopping center nearby with a supermarket, shops, restaurants and a cinema. It is on the second floor of a building. The street is quite busy and noisy, but you can sleep with the windows closed as the entire apartment is air-conditioned. In the kitchen we also found coffee, salt, oil, pasta and rusks. We did not use the washing machine, but the convenient laundry sink on the balcony. We did not meet the owner, but she contacted us often by phone, responding to our requests. Overall, for us an excellent value for money.

We stopped for one night because my daughter had a surgery at Burlo! The owner is truly very kind. The self check-in is very convenient. Outside we found parking without any problem! The apartment is super clean, really equipped with everything, even various plugs and adapters, coffee, water, towels, soaps. There is really everything. Very convenient, practical, clean! Highly recommended! Really like home!

We had a great stay at Renata‘s apartment! It was clean, the kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The shower had great water pressure and we got nice, big towels, such a nice touch. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the house and a supermarket nearby. While the street outside can be a bit noisy, the windows are excellent, once closed, it was perfectly quiet inside. Renata was incredibly kind and helpful. She always replied very quickly, and when we had a personal issue in the middle of the night, she went out of her way to help us, we’re really grateful for that. She also kindly allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our arrival and departure much smoother. Overall, a very comfortable, well-prepared place to stay, with a truly thoughtful and supportive host, highly recommended!

Renata has been a very responsive and kind host. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. The cleanliness and order upon our arrival at the apartment were impeccable. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower is perfect (I say this for those who, like me, have a lot of hair). The self check-in is a convenience not to be underestimated. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Renata's house, I will definitely return!

The apartment is equipped with everything, excellent value for money. Check-in and check-out are very convenient and Renata is always available for any need and advice on how to enjoy the city to the fullest. We were driving to visit the surroundings of Trieste as well, parking was hassle-free right outside the house. Highly recommended.

Renata is an excellent host, available and communicative. The apartment is clean and comfortable, close to the shopping center and the bus stop 29 which takes you to the city center in 5 minutes. If you want to visit the city and avoid the excessive prices of bnb in the center, Casa vacanza Renata is the right choice.

I stayed at the apartment with my little one who was operated on at Burlo today. For us, it was a strategic location, very close to the hospital. Free parking right under the house. Impeccable cleanliness and Mrs. Renata was extremely helpful since the booking. I didn't have cash with me and she didn't even make me pay the tourist tax!! Highly recommended, affordable and clean... TOP!!!

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and complete. Its location was convenient for the city center and the outskirts, making it accessible even by car. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning or fans, and I found the hottest day and night of the year in the true sense of the word. However, the courtesy, punctuality, and above all the availability of the property greatly facilitated my short stay. They also provided me with extra information for transportation and more.
