Welcome to our bed & breakfast in Fiumicello Villa Vicentina, a welcoming, recently renovated country house surrounded by greenery and equipped with all modern comforts. The property offers three en-suite bedrooms: two doubles, with the option of adding a cot, and a spacious single. Guests can relax on the large terrace, perfect for a sunset aperitif, or enjoy breakfast and dinner in our spacious garden during the summer. In the cooler months, we welcome you to our warm indoor dining room. We also offer a home-cooked meal service, available to both guests and non-guests. Additional amenities include breakfast included, a washing machine, free Wi-Fi, and pet-friendly accommodations. An oasis of tranquility just minutes from Grado, Aquileia, and Monfalcone.

In addition to a sweet breakfast, you can also request a savory one, featuring cold cuts and eggs from our own chickens. In short, at our hotel, besides a good night's sleep, you'll also wake up feeling wholesome with our special breakfast.

Home Restaurant

A separate service from our rooms is our home restaurant. Our small restaurant allows our guests to stay and eat if they wish. The menu changes daily and is posted on a blackboard located throughout the building. The dishes are typical of our cuisine, prepared by a family that has been in the restaurant business for years. Therefore, you can sleep and eat at our property..and we do it very well, too!

I chose this wonderful place to cycle in amazing locations, with well-maintained paths (Aquileia–Grado). I arrived by car with a bike and asked to leave the car in the yard before check-in; they allowed me. After the bike ride, I checked in around 7:00 PM and it was wonderful. The charming single room was perfectly clean, with snow-white towels, a comfortable bed and a cozy terrace overlooking the Italian agricultural landscape. In the morning there was an Italian breakfast (great for those with a sweet tooth); for me they personally made scrambled eggs, added natural yogurt, fragrant coffee with homemade cookies and a chocolate cake. The hosts were very attentive and pleasant and truly love their work and the home they welcome tourists into.
