We are right behind the Rive, close to the sailing clubs and the Old University, two minutes from Piazza Venezia and five from the Maritime Station. Right in the city center. The sea cannot be seen but can be felt.

I had a very good stay! The property is very close to the urban bus stop, Roger - Riva Grumula station, and the historic center is easily reachable on foot. Mrs. Rachel was very kind and caring!

Perfect place, a few steps from the seafront and in a central area. Within about ten minutes you can reach the city's main points of interest; otherwise you can easily take a bus. Top-notch hospitality! Mrs. Rachele and her brother were very kind upon my arrival. And what about Mrs. Rachele's mother, Teresa? Exceptional, sweet, and exquisite:) I really enjoyed chatting with her every morning as she brought homemade cakes for breakfast every morning. A place I will definitely return to if I'm in this area again ❤️.

The stay was very pleasant, the apartment is located in a quiet area but very close to the center, and the hosts, Rachele and Teresa, were very kind! We will definitely come back.

B&B molto comodo e molto pulito, camera ampia e comoda, la cucina sempre aperta e sempre disponibile e ben equipaggiata Posizione ottima, 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Unità, vicino a bar e ristoranti, la proprietaria gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Il parcheggio c'è ma va cercato, altrimenti quello a pagamento.

La signora Rachele è simpatica, cara e accogliente. La sua mamma per la colazione prepara i dolcetti alle mandorle. La struttura è centralissima, nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato e diversi locali, nonché la bellissima passeggiata a mare. Di passaggio verso altri lidi, abbiamo riscontrato grande accoglienza e sintonia (con la Signora Rachele facciamo un lavoro simile). La consigliamo vivamente.

Posizione ottima sia per visitare che per parcheggio. Ottima pulizia e gentilezza e disponibilità della titolare. Colazione fresca e varia. Bagno in comune ma dotato di ogni comfort e comunque abbastanza riservato, 1 bagno X 2 camere.

Le signore per riservatezza, accoglienza, disponibilità, ospitalità sono decisamente da "lode". Posto tranquillo e nello stesso tempo centralissimo. In una parola un "Belposto".

Siamo state 3 notti in questo B&B durante il ponte del 1 maggio: l'appartamento è pulito e ben tenuto e si trova in una posizione strategica, rispetto al centro e alla Marina, in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. Accoglienza fantastica di Rachele e della madre Teresa (che prepara ottimi dolcetti per la colazione), e disponibilità massima per qualunque cosa. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato una notte in questo B&B. Partiamo dalla posizione: eccezionale perché in 2 minuti a piedi si è in pieno centro a Trieste, e in 10 minuti si raggiunge Piazza Unità d'Italia. Il palazzo in cui si trova il B&B è storico (perciò affascinante dal mio punto di vista) : l'appartamento è dotato di 3 camere e la cucina per la prima colazione è in comune. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella camera matrimoniale, che io ho trovato davvero deliziosa: semplice nell'arredo e pulitissima, con un bel bagno. Abbiamo dormito davvero bene e la mattina seguente la padrona di casa ci ha preparato il caffè e ci ha offerto dei dolcetti preparati da sua mamma. Mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente e ringrazio Rachele per l'ospitalità!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per 3gg e devo dire il tutto assolutamente positivo, struttura centralissima, ottima la pulizia e l'accoglienza. Sarò in questa sede di nuovo a Luglio.

Passata una notte, siamo stati molto bene, camere spaziose, bagni funzionali e puliti. Nella struttura ci sono tre camere, due di queste con bagno, a disposizione di tutti zona cucina e altro bagno con lavanderia. La posizione è centralissima e ci si può dimenticare la macchina. Materassi comodi. Tutto ok, torneremo in questa struttura.
