Description
Placed close to the archeological sites of Aquileia, and only 10 kilometers far from the beautiful seaside resort of Grado, the B&B “Gioconda’s House” offers you a modern and comfortable accommodation in a familiar context.

The B&B, ranked Superior, is a flat with separate access, it is composed by a large sitting room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a veranda. It can give hospitality to 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

In warm sunny mornings you can have a large breakfast on the quiet, reserved and fully green veranda.

Mrs Rosanna will be pleased to give you her hospitality and let you spend relaxing moments, far from everyday clamour, close to the Adriatic Sea and to archeological sites of main interest.

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Whole spacious little apartment furnished with taste, just a 10-minute walk from the basilica and all the archaeological sites of Aquileia. Mrs. Rosanna is a very sweet and caring landlady. The breakfast is plentiful and smells of freshly baked bread and croissants. Absolutely recommended!

Spacious and well-furnished two-room apartment, with a very comfortable bed, about a 10-minute walk from the basilica. Mrs. Rosanna was very helpful and caring in anticipating the breakfast time upon our request, despite the short notice from our part. We stayed for only one night after completing the Via Flavia pilgrimage. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed one night at this B&B, located near the center of Aquileia, consisting of an annex of the main house, with independent entrance. Excellent welcome and availability of the owner especially in agreeing on the arrival time. Abundant and varied breakfast.

Highly recommended! B&B Casa Gioconda is the ideal B&B: spacious, very comfortable, well organized and excellently managed by Mrs. Rosanna, who is helpful and competent. The breakfast is special, rich and of high quality (especially the superb croissants!). We hope to return, Friuli has a lot to offer to visitors.

This property is absolutely recommended. Everything is perfectly clean and nicely decorated. The extremely abundant breakfast exceeded all expectations. The landlady was extremely accommodating and fulfilled all our wishes. The location is very quiet on the outskirts of the city, yet you are in historic places in a few minutes. We will book this property again!

Accoglienza superlativa. La Signora Rosanna è una padrona di casa eccezionale. Ubicazione perfetta, colazione fantastica, ospitalità magnifica. Cosa chiedere di più. Ci siamo imbattuti per caso in questo B&B e se dovessimo tornare nella zona di Aquileia sarà senza ombra di dubbio la nostra prossima scelta. Vorremmo abitare lì in pianta stabile. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Il B&B è posto in un luogo molto tranquillo, ma vicinissimo a zone di interesse artistico e naturalistico. La struttura in realtà è un comodo appartamentino con soggiorno, molto utile. L'ospite è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione con dolce e salato.
