The property is located in a strategic position for traveling by car or public transport. The stop is 50 meters away. The host is very kind and attentive, providing us with all the necessary information for the places we wanted to visit. He welcomed us as soon as we arrived without waiting for check-in time. Clean rooms equipped with every comfort, bathroom with window and large shower. Breakfast included in the price and prepared every morning by the owner Milos, whom I thank for his kindness.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Kitchen with a refrigerator that can be used shared with other guests. Convenient location to reach various points of interest. The nearest sea is reachable with a walk of about 20 minutes (slightly steep road) or by car. The manager is an exquisite person, very helpful, who gave us valuable advice. I would happily return.

Very welcoming host, personal contact but also plenty of privacy. Beautiful view over the bay nearby, close to restaurants, harbours and beaches and wonderful hike up to the castles of Duino. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is absolutely top in terms of price-performance. Yes, you can hear the main road, but that doesn't matter, because when are you in the accommodation? At night to sleep... and there the road is almost inaudible with closed windows. New rooms, large nice bathroom:), good bed, balcony, all clean, a small shared kitchen... and very good breakfast! The accommodation provider was very nice, uncomplicated and courteous. Good location to explore the small beaches around Sistiana and enjoy Trieste. Thank you Milos!
