The Velocipede B&B is located in the center of Cervignano, and you can breathe a welcoming atmosphere characterized by antique furniture and artwork. The B&B's central location will allow you to explore the city on foot among bars, restaurants, and shops, or to stroll along its beautiful riverside. Air-conditioned environment, free Wi-Fi, flexible check-in.
The property has only two rooms with private bathrooms and a common area where breakfast is served in the morning. Guests are provided with shampoo, hairdryer, and towels.
The B&B has a secure indoor space to store bicycles and (subject to availability) also a parking space for cars or motorcycles in the inner courtyard.

CERVIGNANO DEL FRIULI:
Cervignano is a charming town that can be easily explored on foot, where the B&B Velocipede is centrally located. The beautiful riverside promenade, the church of San Michele, the Bresciani Chapel with its medieval wooden crucifix, Independence Square with its restaurants and cafes, and Roma Street with its shops are all just a few minutes away. Aquileia and Palmanova can be reached in a short drive or easily by bicycle. The beaches of Grado are 15 km away. The medieval village of Strassoldo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy where Field Marshal Radetzky got married and lived for a long time, is only 3 km away. All tourist attractions can be reached by public transportation. The train station is 800 meters from B&B Velocipede, and the bus station is 50 meters away.
TRIESTE AIRPORT:
B&B Velocipede is only 13 km from Trieste Airport and can be easily reached by train. The Trieste Airport stop is the first one after Cervignano-Aquileia-Grado and can be reached in just 8 minutes. The stop goes directly to the airport, and through a covered pedestrian walkway, you can reach the Passenger Terminal in 4 minutes. The ticket costs €2. 50, and the connections are frequent.
BUS FROM 4: 54 IN THE MORNING
Another interesting option for those who need to catch an early morning flight is a bus ride departing in front of the train station at 4: 54 in the morning and reaching Trieste Airport in 10 minutes. The Passenger Terminal can be reached from the airport bus station in 4 minutes, and the ticket costs €3. 50. Please note that this bus only operates from Monday to Saturday; on Sundays and holidays, it does not run. It is advisable to check the schedules on the TPL FVG and TRENITALIA apps before planning your trip.
CICLOVIA ALPE ADRIA RADWEG:
Cyclists are welcome here, with a place available for bicycles and the possibility to charge their e-bikes for free. The B&B Velocipede was very clean, organized, and quiet. The air conditioning was easy to use. However, the lack of butter was a downside. The 45€ price is a good deal as a support for visiting GRADO.

Very convenient base to start the Alpe Adria cycle path. It is possible to store the bike indoors and leave the car for several days in the free parking behind the Carabinieri Station. Thanks to Mrs. Elena for organizing breakfast at 7!

I stayed one night for a work trip with a colleague. We used two rooms with a shared bathroom, but in practice we had the entire floor to ourselves. The rooms have air conditioning and were already cool upon our arrival (a very welcome thought given the outside temperatures). Excellent value for money. The owner is very kind and a real mine of information on the art and history of the surroundings. It's worth noting that the B&B is on the second floor and there is no elevator, and that parking in the square in front during the day is with a time disc. Garfield, the red cat, is a treasure.
