The medieval village of Strassoldo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy where Field Marshal Radetzky got married and lived for a long time, is only 3 km away. The B&B Velocipede was very clean, organized, and quiet. The air conditioning was easy to use. However, the lack of butter was a downside. The 45€ price is a good deal as a support for visiting GRADO.

Very convenient base to start the Alpe Adria cycle path. It is possible to store the bike indoors and leave the car for several days in the free parking behind the Carabinieri Station. Thanks to Mrs. Elena for organizing breakfast at 7!

I stayed one night for a work trip with a colleague. We used two rooms with a shared bathroom, but in practice we had the entire floor to ourselves. The rooms have air conditioning and were already cool upon our arrival (a very welcome thought given the outside temperatures). Excellent value for money. The owner is very kind and a real mine of information on the art and history of the surroundings. It's worth noting that the B&B is on the second floor and there is no elevator, and that parking in the square in front during the day is with a time disc. Garfield, the red cat, is a treasure.
