Description

Graz Trojar House, built in 1831 by the Graz family, was restored in 2011 while preserving its original features. Nestled in the charming village of Cima Sappada, it is surrounded by enchanting views in every season.

The historic house is situated in a peaceful area, complete with a spacious garden and private parking. Its bright rooms are furnished with antique furniture, each equipped with Wi-Fi, television, private bathroom, shower box, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

In the Koschtibe, a typical Sappadian "Stube" where the family gathered during long winter evenings, guests can enjoy a breakfast featuring mountain flavors, with a selection of sweet and savory treats, fruit juices, yogurt, and fresh fruit. All of this is set in a welcoming atmosphere that embraces simplicity.

We stayed in this splendid structure immersed in a magical context during the Epiphany with our 2-year-old child. The borgo Alto di Sappada, which with the snow is something special, immerses you in an enchanted atmosphere. Super characteristic furnishings and restoration of the structure really well done, and a quiet area absolutely without the tourist chaos of the city center. Details and precision of the details that are reflected in the character of the owners of the structure (who live in the structure). Breakfasts with typical and very good products, as well as homemade cakes! Easy to reach the center by car, about 5 minutes, but numerous opportunities for trekking directly from the accommodation. Highly recommended for those who want a quiet, relaxing stay with a family atmosphere!

On the occasion of the Extreme Winter Trail, we stayed for one night, a fairytale-like structure! Completely made of wood. Breakfast with local products and homemade sweets. The owners were very kind, they made us feel comfortable right away, they also offered us a discount voucher for dining in a local restaurant. We will definitely come back! Five-star structure.

We spent a truly fantastic week at B&B Graz from August 18th to 25th, 2018. Warm welcome, very comfortable rooms in perfect Alpine-Tyrolean style that fully reflect what is indicated on the website. The breakfasts were 'fabulous', with exquisite hand-made sweets, as well as the hosts and the entire village of Cima Sappada. Definitely worth returning.

Excellent B&B located in Cima Sappada; the structure is a historic house renovated in a very intelligent way, maintaining the characteristics of the structure unchanged and equipping it with modern comforts. Mrs. Loredana, who manages the structure, is very kind and generous with advice on what to see in the surroundings, as well as an excellent cook who bakes sweets that are hard to resist.

Bed and breakfast located in a beautiful Sappada hamlet, very convenient for the many excursions that a beautiful place offers. Very beautiful and characteristic rooms, well cared for in detail and extremely clean. What will bring us back even more is the availability and kindness of the owners and the tranquility that is breathed admiring a wonderful panorama. Truly a fantastic experience, a pity to have stayed only a few days. Thank you for everything.

I recommend to all families with children to spend at least one holiday at B&B Graz and if you want to make the holiday magical, this is the ideal B&B. Easy to reach with ample parking, Chalet completely in wood with spacious and functionally furnished room and bathroom. Impeccable cleanliness and a rich breakfast will make you experience a pleasant holiday. A special thanks for the cordiality and kindness of the owners.

The B&B Graz is the ideal place for those looking for a place full of atmosphere, well-kept, clean, and the owner very helpful with her guests. Well-kept rooms, all with a beautiful view! Breakfast in a pleasant 'stube' with excellent pastries and jams. Also, the atmosphere of the village is truly fairy-tale-like. I liked everything and will definitely return.
