The Girasole B&B is located in a convenient spot in the city center, just a few hundred meters from the hospital, in an extremely peaceful and calming residential area.

We would be delighted to have you as our guest and to be at your service. You will feel right at home with us.

Tutto bene. se devo fare un'osservazione ci vorrebbe l'aria condizionata perchè con le pale a soffitto faceva un po' caldo.

What I liked: - That we made the reservation the same day, and requested to check in late at midnight because of our train -The neighborhood, the house itself, the apart The room was nice, comfortable bed, had a balcony Packed food for breakfast makes it easy to take away when having no time for breakfast at the house There was a microwave and fridge The bathroom is very clean, enough toilet paper What could've been more convinient: - The hostess speaks only Italian, so we had to have someone to translate on the phone (she was very nice though) - the breakfast was good, but maybe if there were eggs it could've been better - The bath tub has no place for hanging the shower head, so you have to hold the shower head while showering And there was no screen on the bath so you worry that you may have water everywhere while showering

Ottimo B&B pulito funzionale soprattutto se presente la stessa famiglia o gruppo in entrambe le stanze da letto. Bagno comodo con vari accessori cucina ben fornita micro onde forno piano cottura ok, frigo nuovo. Tiziana è cordiale e disponibile.

Ho trovato una signora molto disponibile, che mi ha accolto con gentilezza e serietà, le ragazze che provvedevano alla pulizia dei locali, sempre disponibili, gentili e attente alle mie richieste. Senza dubbio una struttura che può essere migliorata ma non certamente da classificare in maniera negativa. Credo che usufruirò ancora di questo B&B.

The owner was never there! There was a guy smoking the whole time inside the house! The heating system was not fully on. The bed was comfortable and I the breakfast great!

Siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti della struttura, e abbiamo apprezzato l'accoglienza calorosa della proprietaria, la premura, la chiarezza, la puntualità, la discrezione. Sicuramente oltre le aspettative!

Gestione della prenotazione scarsa, la signora non dà informazioni precise, la casa viene condivisa con altre persone quindi anche il bagno aspetto, molto importante da non sottovalutare. Costo altissimo considerando la condivisione del bagno con altri ospiti. Pagamento solo in contanti senza rilascio di ricevuta.

Purtroppo esperienza da dimenticare, notevole difficoltà nel ottenere informazioni, alla mia richiesta di disponibilità utilizzando il portale non ho ricevuto risposta. Li ho raggiunti telefonicamente e con leggerezza mi hanno confermato la camera singola con colazione e servizi in camera. Mi chiedono l'ora di arrivo e concordiamo per le 20:00. La struttura alle 20:00 è ancora chiusa, dopo alcune telefonate di sollecito arriva la proprietaria alle 20:30 e ancora con superficialità si scusa. Arriviamo al peggio, la camera è priva di riscaldamento e di servizi, è più un camerino che una camera, il riscaldamento è guasto ed alla mia contestazione parte la ricerca di un tecnico per rimediare. Ore 20:45 con la solita superficialità mi si chiede un documento per formalizzare la consegna della camera senza ancora aver trovato il tecnico, potevo credere che arrivasse questa idraulico? Sono stato costretto ad andare via (ore 21:00) solo allora la Signora è corsa al riparo indirizzandomi in una struttura vicina. Mi domando, ma non si vergognano?

Il mio fidanzato ha soggiornato al B&B Girasole per 3 volte nel giro di un anno e si è sempre trovato benissimo. La signora Tiziana è una persona splendida e disponibilissima, sicuramente si tornerà, è un validissimo punto di riferimento per soggiornare in città. Pulito, ospitale, silenzioso, funzionale.

La Signora Tiziana è una persona veramente gentile, la struttura è molto accogliente e molto pulita, ci sembrava di essere a casa anche grazie agli addobbi natalizi scelti con cura. Alle ragazze è piaciuto moltissimo l'appartamento più piccolo, arredato in stile moderno e molto curato, anche nei dettagli. Complimenti alla signora Tiziana.

Facile da trovare, ben arredato, pulitissimo, comodo, location tranquillissima come il vicinato, mi son sentito come a casa mia e poi la proprietaria signora Tiziana è una persona squisita, a modo, disponibile, gentilissima, ho passato due giorni davvero splendidi, alloggio migliore non potevo trovare.
