The Girasole B&B is located in a convenient spot in the city center, just a few hundred meters from the hospital, in an extremely peaceful and calming residential area.

What I liked: \n- That we made the reservation the same day, and requested to check in late at midnight because of our train.\nThe neighborhood, the house itself, the apartment.\nThe room was nice, comfortable bed, had a balcony.\nPacked food for breakfast makes it easy to take away when having no time for breakfast at the house.\nThere was a microwave and a fridge.\nThe bathroom is very clean, enough toilet paper.\n\nWhat could have been more convenient: \n- The hostess speaks only Italian, so we had to have someone translate over the phone (she was very nice though). \n- The breakfast was good, but maybe if there were eggs it could have been better.\n- The bathtub has no place to hang the shower head, so you have to hold the shower head while showering.\nAnd there was no screen on the bath so you worry that you may have water everywhere while showering.

Great B&B, clean and functional, especially if the same family or group is present in both bedrooms. Comfortable bathroom with various accessories, well-stocked kitchen, microwave, oven and hob, all good, new fridge. Tiziana is friendly and helpful.

I found a very helpful lady, who welcomed me with kindness and seriousness, the girls who took care of cleaning the premises, always available, kind, and attentive to my requests.\n\nCertainly a structure that can be improved but not certainly to be classified in a negative way. I believe I will use this B&B again.

The owner was never there! There was a guy smoking the whole time inside the house! The heating system was not fully on. The bed was comfortable and I the breakfast great!

Poor booking management, the lady does not provide precise information, the house is shared with other people so the bathroom aspect, very important not to underestimate. Very high cost considering sharing the bathroom with other guests. Payment only in cash without receipt issuance.

Unfortunately, an experience to forget. I encountered significant difficulties in obtaining information. When I requested availability through the portal, I did not receive a response. I contacted the property by phone and they casually confirmed my booking for a single room with breakfast and in-room service. I was asked for my arrival time and we agreed on 8:00 p.m. However, the property was still closed at 8:00 p.m. After some urgent phone calls, the owner arrived at 8:30 p.m. and apologized superficially. The situation worsened when I found out that the room had no heating or amenities, it felt more like a small room than a room. The heating was broken and, despite my complaints, a technician had to be called. At 8:45 p.m., with the same superficiality, I was asked for a document to formalize the room handover without the technician having been found yet. I wondered if the technician would ever arrive. I was forced to leave at 9:00 p.m. and only then did the lady rush to direct me to a nearby property. I wonder, do they not feel ashamed?

My boyfriend stayed at the B&B Girasole 3 times within a year and he always had a great time. Mrs. Tiziana is a wonderful and very helpful person, we will definitely come back, it is a very valid reference point for staying in the city. Clean, welcoming, quiet, functional.

Mrs. Tiziana is a really kind person, the facility is very welcoming and very clean, we felt at home thanks to the carefully chosen Christmas decorations. The girls loved the smaller apartment very much, furnished in a modern style and very well-kept, even in the details. Congratulations to Mrs. Tiziana.

Easy to find, well furnished, very clean, comfortable, very quiet location like the neighborhood. I felt at home and then the owner, Mrs. Tiziana, is a delightful person, polite, helpful, very kind. I spent two truly wonderful days. I could not have found a better accommodation.
