Located 3 km from the historic center, connected to Piazza Unità d'Italia by two urban buses (11-25) every 10 minutes.
Parking available on the street nearby or at the Largo Caduti di Nassiriya 1 parking lot, free and unguarded.

We recently stayed at the B&B. The place is comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious. Marzia is an excellent host, kind, attentive and communicative. The property is not located in the city center, but there are bus stops nearby that take you to the center in about ten minutes.

Guesthouse New Al Ferdinandeo is a charming bed and breakfast situated in a quiet hill top part of Trieste, surrounded by beautiful trees which overlooks the city and bay. The room was very comfortable with a hot shower and plenty of space for two people. Marzia is a wonderful host and very helpful during our stay. There is a lovely breakfast with freshly baked delicious brioche from a local bakery and hot coffee. The b and b is easily accessible by bus from the city centre, and offers a lovely environmental alternative when visiting Trieste which is a beautiful part of Italy.

We felt very good, the room is sufficiently large as is the bathroom, everything is very clean and seems brand new. At night there is peace and quiet so you can rest very well also thanks to the bed with comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast is ready from 8:30 with everything you prefer as the kitchen is also available and the lady who runs the B & B is present and very attentive to details. We really felt very good.

The room and bathroom are very nice and spacious. You have everything you could need. The breakfast is very good. Very quiet neighborhood, you can easily take the bus to the center. B&B located in a very quiet area, outside the center, but easily reachable by bus in about ten minutes. Convenient if you arrive by car with free parking five minutes away on foot. Cozy rooms, excellent cleanliness and especially Marzia and her mother are two excellent hosts, always ready to have a chat and give advice about the city and what to do. The breakfast is also very much appreciated, although simple, it has all the desirable comforts (coffee machine, kettle, milk and juices, toast, butter, jam, etc.). A place to return to when you want to relax and spend a few days in tranquility!

I couldn't have found a better place, the owner is very kind and helpful, everything truly perfect. The property is located on a hill and in a few minutes you are in the center, the room is very beautiful and above all clean and fragrant. For breakfast everything you need. I recommend it.

The place was lovely, it had everything we needed. Very clean and nice place. Only thing is that it is a bit remote, but the bus is well organized and leaves every 15 minutes. There is a kitchen available and a small breakfast.

Staying at the Guesthouse New al Ferdinandeo B&B was very pleasant. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Sleeping well and the air conditioning does its job. The kitchen is available for breakfast. To reach the city center there is a bus just 2 steps away, but we moved around with our car always finding parking just 2 steps from the center (by the way, it's free on Sundays). The welcome from Marzia and Silvia makes you feel at home immediately, and chatting with them until late at night was pleasant. In short: a B&B absolutely recommended.

My husband and I had a great time, the house is very cozy and perfectly clean, the area is quiet and peaceful while being convenient to the center of Trieste. The hosts are truly special and it felt like meeting old friends with whom you can talk about everything. We took advantage of their barbecue offer which was undoubtedly the best we ever had, excellent meat cooked masterfully. A truly pleasant stay. Patrizia and Massimo.

I recommend everyone to stay here for a night. Trieste is beautiful and the owners are fabulous, kind, and friendly people. They know their city very well and will be able to show you where to go. Great location outside the center, quiet and cool.

Marzia and Silvia are two exceptional people you could spend hours talking to. The B&B is located on a hill with a view of the Gulf of Trieste. You can reach the city center on foot and go back up with the convenient buses. Comfortable room, cooler than the outside temperature. The breakfast is rich and varied. Highly recommended place.

Quiet place away from the city center; hospitality, kindness, and friendliness, along with a wealth of information provided by Marzia and Silvia, have "convinced" me to think about a return to Trieste.\n\nFrom the small, tidy and clean room (with air conditioning), you can enjoy a glimpse of the sea; it's all very quiet, there is no TV (intentionally), and it's really a place to "unplug" and enjoy the city.\n\nThe area is well served: a few minutes' walk away there are buses that allow you to reach the city center.\n\nThe breakfast, always enjoyed in the company of Marzia and Silvia, was excellent and plentiful, and it became an opportunity to chat for 30-40 minutes about various things: the city, the surroundings, the food, Austrian-Hungarian Trieste, the villages of the Karst.\n\nIn short, a place I absolutely recommend.

The B&B is located outside the city center, however, if you have a car, it only takes a moment to get there. Alternatively, you can use bus number 11, but you need to adapt to the scheduled runs. The property is excellent, recently renovated, well-furnished and functional. The cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is abundant and delicious (freshly made Triestine crepes). Marzia and Silvia are very nice and can recommend both where to eat and what to see. They provide you with a nice map of the city and recommend what is worth visiting. I highly recommend it.
