Description
The Bed & Breakfast "Al Castello" is located in the very heart of Gorizia, just on the slope of the Medieval Castle.
The Bed & Breakfast is surrounded by nature and by the silence of the ancient parks. The location is excellent because it enables you to easily reach on foot every corner of the city, the main museums, the universitary centres, the shops, the tipical restaurants and the Slovenian border.
It is also possible to go in a few minutes by car and visit the wonderful hills of the Collio Goriziano with their well-known Wine vaults.
The room are large and very comfortable and have a private bathroom. There is also the possibility of an indipendent kitchen.

The owner was welcoming and assigned us a large, charming and clean apartment. He also provided us with the names of some restaurants where to have dinner. Central location right below the Castle of Gorizia. I recommend it.

Seren and quiet place, well-furnished room, well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast room a bit crowded: need to wait... very courteous the lady who takes care of the reception here but better to organize the space.

Very nice B&B in the city center, just below the Gorizia castle and less than 5 minutes from the main square. The rooms are very charming and clean, equipped with air conditioning. The breakfast is self-service with packaged products and fresh bread. Reserved internal parking.

Great location, huge room, but with a sloping roof at risk of head trauma. Bathroom outside the room and luckily not shared with anyone, probably because the other room on the floor was empty. In the room there were only two electrical outlets that had to be shared with a nightstand, television, phone chargers, essential mosquito repellent heater, and a single extension cord that only reached the first nightstand. Breakfast only with packaged food. The only cake we had was on the first day and nothing else was brought. On the other hand, the room and the bathroom were very clean and the linen impeccable. Very convenient also the possibility to park the car.

The B&B Al Castello is located in a perfect position in the city of Gorizia, on the small road that leads to the wonderful castle and in the city center. The structure is clean, easy to reach, the owners are kind and helpful, and we felt at home. The only thing that could be paid attention to is the cleaning of the shower box and the taps on the ground floor (the bathroom of the room at the entrance). And the fan in the room should also work with the lights off. For the rest, everything is perfect. Thank you for the service offered, see you in a few years definitely.

Questo Bed & Brekfast ha sicuramente dalla sua la posizione centrale che fa salire il punteggio.
Per il resto un posto un po' "vecchio" che non a tutti piace.
Le note negative sono: servizi igienici al piano e non in camera non menzionati sul sito e dal gestore e gestore presente solo telefonicamente che al bisogno non sempre è raggiungibile.
Lo consiglio a chi vuole spendere relativamente poco ed essere in centro a Gorizia e si accontenta di una struttura semplice.

Ottima location, gestore gentilissimo, ottima la pulizia, camera ben climatizzata, parcheggio.
Si può migliorare la colazione che pur essendo abbastanza completa è lasciata al “fai da te”.

Struttura accogliente, camere curate e ben arredate, posizione tranquilla e al tempo stessa comoda, gestori gentili, peccato per la colazione con cibo confezionato e personale frettoloso.
Ottimo per chi può rinunciare alla prima colazione.
Davvero peccato, noi speriamo rivedano l'organizzazione di questa parte dell'accoglienza, davvero meriterebbe!

Ottima stanza. Ottimo prezzo commisurato però all'isolamento della struttura. In pieno agosto vi erano zanzare in quantità nel giardino. La stanza non disponeva di aria condizionata.
