Wonderful view, quiet and relaxed location with nice walking paths and bus connections. The family is attentive and very friendly. We spent a very relaxing, restorative long weekend and hope to be able to return soon. Many thanks to the Cimenti family!

The owner is particularly friendly and helpful. Sleeping on the sofa was not particularly comfortable unfortunately. It might be sufficient for a short stay.

Very charming accommodation with a fantastic view of the sea from the terrace and all rooms. Close to the city and very quiet. Lovely and very attentive hosts with great advice.

Beautiful location, the living room window is a painting. Plenty of space available and complete flexibility in using the house. The owners are kind, welcoming, and helpful. For breakfast, we found a great availability of everything useful, even for children. The access is a bit inconvenient but once you arrive, it's worth it!

Beautiful days, Annalisa and Renzo helped us to orient ourselves and feel very comfortable.

More than just beautiful and affordable, nearby you can find all the bus stops you need to get anywhere in no time, the sea is practically right there, as well as the supermarket and one of the most beautiful attractions (Castle). Highly recommended!

Very nice hosts. Many tips from Renzo. Would love to come back. The terrace is simply beautiful, with a great view. Accommodation with charm, even though it's furnished with old furniture but everything is there. Beds pleasantly firm. Good bus connection. Thank you again to Annalisa and Renzo.

Great terrace with fantastic view! Very attentive and dog-friendly hosts. We even got dog bowls and a blanket! The access road is unfortunately quite steep and a bit narrow for wide cars.

My stay in the very large apartment spread across the entire lower floor with a huge terrace was very relaxing. The view was fantastic and my hosts, Annalisa and Renzo, are very helpful and kind people. For those who enjoy biking, historic cities (like Trieste here), and love the sea, this area has it all. We spent a wonderful week at B&B Ai 7 Olivi. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The large garden is perfect for relaxing, the view is fantastic. The bus connection to the center of Trieste and the surrounding villages is very good. Annalisa and Renzo are very friendly and attentive hosts. We felt comfortable and highly recommend a holiday with them.

The green of the vegetation and the blue of the sea create an atmosphere of absolute serenity, to which the availability and attention of the managers contribute. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. All rooms have a window overlooking the sea. The view from the large terrace is spectacular: it embraces the entire arc of the Gulf of Trieste from Punta Sottile to the skyscrapers of Lignano. It is an accommodation that is left with regret and the strong desire to return.

Very kind and helpful managers. Beautiful structure in a panoramic position. Splendid terrace overlooking the Gulf of Trieste. Spacious, clean accommodation equipped with all comforts. Well-equipped kitchen where the landlady made us find a delicious homemade pie and a rich variety of food and drinks for breakfast. We had a great time. Thanks to Annalisa and Renzo.

Not to be missed. The highlight is definitely the splendid panorama, ranging from the port of Trieste to Miramare Castle. The apartment was delivered to us very clean and enjoys all the comforts needed to prepare meals throughout the day. The owners, who live in the apartment upstairs, are truly delightful people, very helpful and at the same time discreet; also attentive to the needs of children. We highly recommend it also for the excellent value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at the B&B Ai 7 Olivi, a large and comfortable apartment, equipped with everything and with a stunning sea view from the windows. The road is a bit steep but you get used to it quickly because it allows easy access to the center of Trieste and other places to visit like Miramare Castle and the Giant Cave.

Abundant and varied breakfast. The managers manage to establish an excellent relationship with their customers, embodying the true spirit of B&Bs. Excellent welcome from the artist.

We were two with our little dog (who was warmly welcomed here) at this B&B and can highly recommend it as accommodation for relaxing days high above the city of Trieste. Here are 4 clarifications: The location is truly magnificent: view from your own terrace over the sea and the coast from Croatia to Grado, totally quiet, in close proximity to walking and running routes as well as climbing spots (on the Strada Napoleonica), but at the same time with a great bus connection to the center of Trieste (lines 42 and 44). The B&B consists of a single, very large apartment on the lower floor of a single-family house in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of the city - a dream! The furnishing with old, tasteful furniture is also very appealing; the only minor flaw: even though it was still quite warm outside at the end of October, we found it a bit chilly inside in the morning; so maybe not accommodation for the winter. The owner couple really puts in effort: pick-up by car from the train station, free city tour by car, waiting for our purchases in front of the supermarket, background stories about the history and present of the city, etc.; 1 point deducted for almost too much of a good thing, meaning, sometimes it's hard to get rid of the hosts during the chatting. Even though the owners kindly asked us every day if we needed anything, and so they brought us eggs and yogurt, we do not give good marks for breakfast, because on one hand the basic setup (as unfortunately is usual in Italy) was rather modest, and because on the other hand we had to wash ourselves (which personally didn't bother me, but it's just not part of the B&B idea).

The structure is perfect for me as I had a big dog with me, but it is also suitable for anyone in need of relaxation and contemplation. I found nice weather and so I went for walks, but even in bad weather, thanks to the panoramic windows overlooking the sea in the living room, one can feel comfortable. Then there is also the garden which is a balcony on the gulf of Trieste. The hosts are extremely friendly. I would recommend to those who want to go a small car because the climb to get there is challenging and narrow.

Magnificent location, overlooking Trieste and the gulf. Beautiful landscape and very quiet place. The manager is a very friendly and helpful person, so you can receive information about the activities in the area. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.
