The Benedetti Family rents out two apartments, in an excellent location, quiet and sunny, very convenient to reach the center and the main services in the town. In winter, it is 300 meters from the Nevelandia playground, and there are fields for those who want to start skiing. In summer, it is near the golf course, which is a great starting point for excursions and mountain trips.
The first apartment is a ground floor unit for 4/5 people, newly built, with an independent entrance. It is very well furnished, with a large kitchen-living room, dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave, television with DVD player, internet wifi connection. It has 2 bedrooms (4-5 beds), a windowed bathroom with a shower, a storage room with a washer-dryer and an iron, autonomous underfloor heating, great attention to detail, a small green space in front, and an external parking space.
The second apartment is a ground floor unit for 4/6 people, recently completely renovated, with an independent entrance. We are located in Sappada, in the Dolomites, in a very characteristic little village in a beautiful mountain valley. In the summer, it is an excellent starting point for excursions, mountain trips, mushroom picking, sports activities, golf, Nordic walking, enjoying the beauty of nature and the landscape. In winter, it is an excellent winter resort, suitable for families, with slopes for beginners and experienced skiers, a snow playground called Nevelandia for children and adults, snowshoe walks, ski mountaineering tours, snowmobile rides, and ice skating.

Satisfied with this week. Apartment in the city center, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The owner/manager has his own studio nearby, therefore always reachable for any need and available. Very nice location, with many excursions to do.
