The house is located in Barcola, 200 meters from the sea, 2 km from the city center and near Miramare Castle. The railway line passes very close to the property, but trains are rare during the night and the house is well soundproofed, being an old house with thick walls and good fixtures.

Guests can enjoy WiFi and a private parking with a gate. Bus stop on Viale Miramare at 220 meters, where there are also restaurants, bars and grocery stores.

Our B&B is located near the sea and close to the railway, which runs along the entire coast, in a location served by buses and restaurants. A few hundred meters away, you can dive into the sea and relax in the sun after a nice swim. The surrounding pine forest is lively, kiosks and small restaurants attract people of all ages with their dishes, drinks and live music.
