Description
Spacious double room with private bathroom located on the ground floor of a villa with independent entrance. Sofa bed for two people in the second room used as a living room with kitchenette.
The house is located in Barcola, 200 meters from the sea, 2 km from the city center and near Miramare Castle. The railway line passes very close to the property, but trains are rare during the night and the house is well soundproofed, being an old house with thick walls and good fixtures.
Guests can enjoy WiFi and a private parking with a gate. Bus stop on Viale Miramare at 220 meters, where there are also restaurants, bars and grocery stores.
Our B&B is located near the sea and close to the railway, which runs along the entire coast, in a location served by buses and restaurants. A few hundred meters away, you can dive into the sea and relax in the sun after a nice swim. The surrounding pine forest is lively, kiosks and small restaurants attract people of all ages with their dishes, drinks and live music. "Alle Rose Barcolane" is a prestigious residence where you can breathe the scents of our past, a historic house where the charm of history meets the most modern comforts.
The area where we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, participate in cultural events and exhibitions, and get lost in the sounds and scents of the numerous gardens in the area.
A short distance from the property, those staying with us will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in questa struttura splendidamente e comodamente ubicata a Trieste Barcola.
La signora Loretta ci ha coccolato con mille premure e la location oltre ad essere arredata con gusto e semplicità è dotata di ogni comodità. Speriamo, sinceramente, di riuscire a tornarvi presto anche perché ci sono moltissime cose che ancora desideriamo visitare. Grazie anche al Sig. Edo, gentilissimo!

Lauretta, die Gastgeberin, ist supernett, das Zimmer sehr sauber, Lage nur durch den Zug verbaut, sonst sehr günstig, man ist gleich am Meer in Barcola.
