Description

Good morning for the gathering of the Alpine troops, we no longer have availability, thank you.

The new house has three spacious double rooms, each with its own bathroom, in an excellent location close to the Santa Maria della Misericordia Civil Hospital, the University Humanities and Science Campus, the Palamostre Theater (swimming pools), and a stone's throw from the historic center.

For more information or special needs, please feel free to call us. We will be at your disposal to meet your requests.

The entrance is independent, kitchen use is only allowed with prior agreement, and small pets are accepted.

The apartments were good and clean, the host was very nice and friendly. Personally for me the location was ideal as I was going to the hospital next morning. Price was also fine for everything I had and for this time of the year.\nDefinitely worth it.

Great solution for those who want to be a stone's throw from the center and at the same time immersed in the green of the communal garden, very well-kept and quiet. Excellent cleanliness of the premises and very helpful manager.

We had a great time in this Bed and Breakfast, convenient location with a bus stop very close by and the city center easily reachable with a walk. An added value is the friendliness of the manager. Recommended.

I was lucky, and I emphasize the word lucky, to be able to stay at the b&b of Mr. Lorenzo. There is little to say, very spacious, very clean room, and everything between the bathroom and the bed I found to be extremely comfortable. Everything is so good but in my opinion the price is high for a monospace room. Mr. Lorenzo is a very helpful and kind person, he helped us travel by bus to the Dacia Arena.

Close to the city center, within walking distance, in a very busy area. The owner is welcoming, easy-going, and very helpful. If you don't have noise problems, it's recommended. The only downside (probably not for everyone) is the lack of private parking, the car stays on the street. Anyway, I repeat the recommendation, we had a good time as a couple.

Lovely place and truly exquisite owner to always come back to, and for those who have never been and are looking for a quiet place, this is ideal. Breakfast not provided due to Covid, simply for this reason.

Very kind and helpful owner. The building had attracted me because it gave the idea of cleanliness and care. We joyfully found that the B&B is very well-kept, clean; love is in the air. Located slightly off-center but very well connected to the center by public transport, this property allows for a comfortable stay. Nearby is a very large supermarket (viale Leonardo da Vinci) and there is the possibility of using the kitchen. The room is spacious, well heated, and equipped with a bathroom. I had a good experience and will return on another occasion!
