Description
The apartment is the result of a recent renovation in a cozy attic suitable for families. It has an independent gas heating system. It is clad in wooden planks, with its original beams and solid wood floorboards, and is characterized by its brightness and splendid panorama of the Dolomiti Friulane.
The apartment consists of:
- a double bedroom, equipped with a small sink and with access to the balcony;
- a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, a corner bench, a CD player, has access to the balcony and is also illuminated by a skylight with a large window. The kitchen is well equipped, with a large sink, a spacious hob, an oven, and a powerful extractor hood. A beautiful wood stove with a visible flame, for the pleasure of natural and comfortable warmth;
- a bathroom with a shower cubicle;
- a storage room with a fridge and a washing machine;
- a balcony with a convenient gas grill and benches, overlooking Monte Bivera and Tiarfin.
The apartment is equipped with one double duvet and two single duvets with their respective sheets and pillows, towels for the bathroom, tablecloths, and dish towels.
The apartment is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and until 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Excellent attic apartment. Comfortable, spacious, functional, beautiful view of the mountains. On the ground floor there is the grocery store with fresh bread in the morning. Precise and kind landlady: also provides food products (pasta, sugar, coffee, biscuits) and more for the first days!

Splendid location cared for in every detail and equipped with every comfort. The house located in the village of Sauris di Sopra overlooks a scenario surrounded by mountains and woods where nature and tranquility help regenerate from the stress of chaotic cities and annoying neighbors. Upon our arrival, Mrs. Carla welcomed us with kind hospitality, providing us with all the information regarding the history of Sauris and directions to places to visit. As a true hostess, we felt welcomed in a familiar environment, with many local goodies; it's always a pleasure to receive something as a gift that fills the soul with joy. Sorry to have to go back home, we would have stayed there a little longer. Thank you Carla, we adore you... and also your splendid little house... We stayed from 08/08/2020 to 15/08/2020.

We stayed last weekend at Mrs. Carla's apartment. I would say impeccable in everything, even the good blueberry grappa. It is also convenient for beautiful walks. Suitable for families with children. We will be back soon with the grandparents.

Appartamento bellissimo, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, anche grazie all'accoglienza squisita di Carla.
Caldo (anche grazie alla bellissima stufa e alla scorta abbondante di legna) e con tutti i confort: cucina attrezzatissima e dispensa fornita, tanti asciugamani, anche libri e fumetti.
Speriamo di farci ritorno presto!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a dir bellissima, dopo aver scorazzato per tutto il Cadore ed l'Alto Adige non si vedeva l'ora di ritornare a "casa Picchio Sauris "ogni sera per noi due era sempre Natale, ringraziamo la signora Carla per l'ottima accoglienza appena varcati alla porta.

Ho soggiornato insieme a mio marito in questo B&B, che merita veramente il punteggio più alto non solo per la pulizia, l'arredamento e la posizione, ma anche per la tranquillità e soprattutto per la cordialità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora Carla.
Avendo avuto un problema con l'auto al nostro arrivo, la signora è venuta subito a "soccorrerci" accompagnandoci presso l'officina dove abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'auto in riparazione (25 km. di distanza), per riportarci successivamente all'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato, che abbiamo trovato fornito di tutti i prodotti per la prima colazione e di altri prodotti alimentari di prima necessità.
E la vacanza è stata bella, rilassante e con il sole.

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana, ci siamo trovati benissimo, nell'appartamento c'erano tutti i confort. La signora Carla é stata molto gentile ci ha fatto trovare l'occorrente per la prima colazione, (e no solo), Ci ha indicato diversi luoghi che potevamo visitare. La struttura è situata al centro di Sauris di sopra, posto molto suggestivo, gente molto cordiale.

Bellissimo appartamento, ottimamente ristrutturato, gli spazi sono tutti sfruttati molto bene. Si trova in pieno centro. Nello stesso stabile c'è un negozio di alimentari e un bar-ristorante. Bellissima la terrazzina e la vista sul monte Bivera. Nessun problema di parcheggio.
