The structure of the agritourism is composed, in addition to its wonderful rooms (breakfast included), its amazing new apartments (no breakfast) and the park area for 8 camper, by the garden where the guests can relax near the open-air swimming pool or in the tennis court or play in the football field or in the gym and by the farm business "Ai Due Leoni" that sorrounds all the area offering the guests another perspective of the nature and the agricultural activity of the territory.
Bicycle rental is included.

The place is beautiful, too bad about the proximity to the road, although you couldn't hear the noise of the cars. Staying in an apartment, breakfast is not included, but you can have it for an exorbitant extra charge.

A well-kept garden, clean and tidy structure. The bicycles are numerous and always available and in excellent condition. The staff is very competent and kind. We had a great time and will be back.

Guests only for one night at this Agriturismo Ai Due Leoni but still fully enjoyed the services offered, very nice and cozy rooms also equipped with air conditioning, rich and varied breakfast as befits a good tourist accommodation.

Prepared and very polite staff. I can't comment on breakfasts since we were in an apartment and personally provided for ourselves. Impeccable bike service. I highly recommend it.

4 fantastic days. The Agriturismo Ai Due Leoni is located in a great position, facing the cycle path that connects Aquileia to Grado, very close to both. We stayed (2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 6) in an apartment, very clean, with free use of the pool and bicycles. Also available are bicycles with child seats and smaller bicycles for children. The bicycles were sanitized daily and sanitization products were available in the bicycle area. We did not have meals included but upon arrival we were given 10% discount vouchers for the agriturismo restaurant, where you eat very well, at fair prices. Highly recommended for families with children, for those who want to explore the beautiful Friuli region, and for those who want to relax in the greenery of the agriturismo or by the pool.

Very beautiful structure. Clean, welcoming, and organized. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the breakfast is not very satisfactory (hence a rating of 7). If I had to point out a flaw, I would focus on the wifi, which in my opinion should be strengthened. A piece of advice? In the windows of the ground floor rooms, I would install non-transparent glass, in this way, probably, many guests would open the windows more to make better use of natural light. Otherwise, magnificent.

I had a great time at this agriturismo "Agriturismo Ai Due Leoni", I spent two nights in a truly peaceful place surrounded by the agroaquileise nature. This structure is located in a strategic position, from here you can visit all of Friuli, but we were interested in Grado and from here we were just a few kilometers away, bicycles are also available. And just a few meters away, there is the cycle path that connects Aquileia to Grado, a spectacular path that crosses the fields and the magical lagoon of Grado. I highly recommend it, you can also access the pool and relax on the sun loungers by the poolside. I also recommend it for the cleanliness of the environment and the very helpful staff. Yes, I would go back!
