Good value for money. For us, a place to stay for one night. The room is a bit dated, there's no TV (but that wasn't a problem). The cleanliness is excellent (especially the bathroom cleaned several times a day). The only downside is that I expected a payment receipt from the establishment, since I had already paid in advance by card, but that wasn't the case.

La ringaziamo per la bella recensione e siamo contenti che abbia apprezzato il nostro livello di pulizia, ci teniamo a pulire e igienizzare il bagno più volte al giorno. Siamo un pò dispiaciuti che non abbia apprezzato gli arredamenti che sono volutamente vintage con qualche pezzo antico qui e là, ma come certo avrà notato tutto ciò che è funzionale, come letti e tessuti è nuovo ed il bagno è stato completamente rifatto l'anno scorso. Per quanto riguarda la ricevuta noi emettiamo il documento commerciale il giorno del check-in anche se la prenotazione è stata pagata in anticipo con la tariffa non rimborsabile e non accreditiamo fino a quel giorno l'importo pagato sul nostro conto corrente lasciandolo sul Virtual POS di Stripe di BED-AND-BREAKFAST.IT. Questo ci permette, anche in caso di prenotazione non rimborsabile, di poter effettuare un rimborso totale o parziale dell'importo pagato sulla carta di credito utilizzata per prenotare. Ma per noi non è assolutamente un problema emettere, in caso di pagamento anticipato, il documento commerciale o la fattura prima del check-in, se richiesto.

Very friendly hostess, very clean apartment with balcony, where you share the bathroom and kitchen possibly with a second guest. Located in the center of Cervignano, 1 minute walk to the main square. Public parking (short-term parking zone 08:00-19:00) in front of the house, street noise in the early morning hours is somewhat disturbing.

The Velocipede is a comfortable, clean, and welcoming structure. The hospitality of the host, Elena, is impeccable, as is the cleanliness of the rooms, the bathroom (cleaned multiple times each day), and the common areas. The location of the structure is strategic for reaching the main cultural attractions of this beautiful region (Aquileia, Palmanova, Trieste, Grado, Gorizia, etc.). We stayed at the Velocipede guesthouse for 2 days. We were welcomed and entertained with kindness and availability. The rooms are cozy and the structure is clean, charming, and functional. The host was very attentive and provided us with excellent information on how to move around and what to visit in the area. Breakfast is not included but there is the possibility to make a good coffee or a herbal tea. We cooked for lunch on the premises: nothing was missing. We will definitely come back!
