What guests say
Guests particularly praise the thorough cleanliness, warm welcome and helpful host, as well as the central location, convenient for the station and exploring the region. Rooms are welcoming and functional, a kitchen is available, and value for money is often noted. Some rooms feel a little dated; the bathroom and kitchen may be shared, and one guest mentioned early-morning street noise. Breakfast is not included.

The property impresses with its extreme cleanliness. The bedrooms are a bit dated, but that's not what matters in my opinion. Kindness and hospitality are top-notch.

Good value for money. For us, a place to stay for one night. The room is a bit dated, there's no TV (but that wasn't a problem). The cleanliness is excellent (especially the bathroom cleaned several times a day). The only downside is that I expected a payment receipt from the establishment, since I had already paid in advance by card, but that wasn't the case.

Very friendly hostess, very clean apartment with balcony, where you share the bathroom and kitchen possibly with a second guest. Located in the center of Cervignano, 1 minute walk to the main square. Public parking (short-term parking zone 08:00-19:00) in front of the house, street noise in the early morning hours is somewhat disturbing.

The Velocipede is a comfortable, clean, and welcoming structure. The hospitality of the host, Elena, is impeccable, as is the cleanliness of the rooms, the bathroom (cleaned multiple times each day), and the common areas. The location of the structure is strategic for reaching the main cultural attractions of this beautiful region (Aquileia, Palmanova, Trieste, Grado, Gorizia, etc.). Highly recommended for those who love cozy spaces with a touch of style! We will definitely return.

We stayed at the Velocipede guesthouse for 2 days. We were welcomed and entertained with kindness and availability. The rooms are cozy and the structure is clean, charming, and functional. The host was very attentive and provided us with excellent information on how to move around and what to visit in the area. Breakfast is not included but there is the possibility to make a good coffee or a herbal tea. We cooked for lunch on the premises: nothing was missing. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything! Tiziana & Yuri.
