Very convenient location in the center, charming house and very friendly welcome. Possibility to store bicycles in the inner courtyard but without charging sockets.

Delightful house, furnished with taste and with the wonderful atmosphere of the past, bright and surrounded by silence and greenery even though it's in the city center. There is also a parking space inside the courtyard. The lady was very kind and even managed to get us an extra place. There were four of us and so we had the whole house to ourselves. Highly recommended for those who love beautiful and authentic things and not the sterile style of soulless places.

I stayed for a week and I had a great time. I had everything I needed and the lady was very kind and courteous. Moreover, the place is in a very quiet area and from there you can reach the city center in a few minutes and the many bars and restaurants that Udine is full of. Very pleasant.

The rooms clearly bear the individual signature of the landlady, which can be described as authentic, charming, or kitschy. The location is very central yet quiet with a green view. Madame Mercedes is very helpful and friendly. Cat lovers will be fully satisfied here.

Siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti dalla notte passata A Casa di Mercedes: palazzo affascinante in centro città, terrazzino riservato dove godersi la colazione abbondante e salutare, camera elegante e pulita con letto comodo, proprietaria riservata e discreta che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno. La sua posizione è ottima, in centro e praticamente di fianco all'università. Colazione varia che si può fare in completa autonomia, perfetto per me che sono una ritardataria cronica. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerò.

Ho soggiornato per una notte in questo B&B al centro di Udine, scelto per la posizione comoda in quanto vicino all'Università (via Mantova e Palazzo Antonini). Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e la padrona è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato in questo specialissimo B&B per due giorni ed abbiamo utilizzato a pieno gli accoglienti ambienti di questo antico palazzo, gli arredi, le terrazze, la cucina accessoriata e la tv (due): tutto parla di un'abitazione con tanta storia e tanta vita. La colazione abbondante e la possibilità di farsi in qualsiasi momento bevande calde (servivano, siamo incappati in giornate fredde e ventose) ci hanno fatto affrontare le escursioni ed il viaggio di ritorno tonificati. Torneremo con piacere.

Mi sono trovata benissimo. La struttura è antica, ma tenuta bene e abbastanza comoda. Silenzionsissima e supercomoda come posizione, la proprietaria molto disponibile.
Gli unici appunti sono connaturati all'età dello stabile: la vasca non consente di fare una doccia a meno di allagare l'edificio, le porte delle camere a vetri non sono il massimo della privacy, niente ascensore e il portone di strada può essere aperto praticamente solo da Ercole.
Ma sono difetti pienamente compensati dalla posizione e dalla cura per i dettagli: i balconi sono semplicemente favolosi, sembrano piccoli giardini, la tele e la rete funzionano alla grande, bere il caffè in terrazza fra il profumo dell'aria, i colori, le piante ed il suono delle campane non ha prezzo.
Colazione varia e abbondante, solo confezionata come prescritto dalla legge, macchina per bevande calde sempre a disposizione.
In sintesi: ci tornerei anche subito.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per tre noti dal 21 al 24 ottobre motivi di studio. La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e trova nel centro della città, a due passi dall'università. La proprietaria è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile. Io avevo una camera completamente blu (doppia ad uso singolo) con bagno interno. Il B&B, molto colorato, con un arredamento particolare e curato anche nei dettagli. Un salottino e due terrazze molto carine a disposizione degli ospiti, così come la cucina. La mattina la tavola era sempre pronta con il necessario per la colazione. Lo trovo un buon compromesso qualità prezzo, vista anche la posizione. Dovendo tornare a Udine ci soggiornerei nuovamente.

Incredibile! Un B&B davvero eccezionale. Mi spiace soltanto di averci passato una notte sola. Massima pulizia, massima gentilezza, massima ospitalità. È come essere a casa propria. Le stanze sono comodissime e molto belle. I salotti spaziosi e accoglienti e anche i terrazzi sono molto piacevoli. Una delle strutture più belle che io abbia mai visto. Consigliatissimo.

The Casa Mercedes is a very comfortable and beautiful appartment in which I had the possibility to cook by myself, reach the university and the center immediately as well as many bars and restaurants. The furnitures in the appartment are also very elegant and tasty. Thank you.
