Zuara9Room was created as a concept of a home where you can feel comfortable and away from the stress of daily life. The emphasis is on energy efficiency and sustainability, as the structure is entirely without methane gas and has innovative systems with renewable energy sources such as heat pumps, photovoltaic and solar panels, and storage batteries. There is also wired internet access, Smart TV Full HD, and surveillance cameras outside the building.
Zuara9 Room has six rooms, all furnished in a modern style with private bathrooms. Each room has free WIFI, TV, air conditioning and/or heating, hairdryer, courtesy kit, slippers, bed linen, and towels.
There are several common areas where guests can relax, cook together or alone, sit in the inner courtyard or on the solarium terrace for an aperitif, enjoying the tranquillity of the area. The living area has a good book to read, a TV and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and guests can enjoy them outside for moments of relaxation and conversation. The solarium area on the second floor is accessible by stairs and has sunbeds and an outdoor shower.

I had a great time thanks to the hospitality and courtesy of the host who catered to all my needs. The structure is new, clean, and very well-kept. I appreciated the fresh water in the glass bottle that she had prepared for me and the fruit basket available. The breakfast at the bar was very pleasant and appreciated, and I took advantage of it, given the proximity, also to see the sea. I would recommend staying at this structure.
