Near the Spina Verde Park rises Villa Montreux, a welcoming recently renovated residence easily reachable from the sea (8 minutes on foot) and from the Rimini-Miramare station. Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very close, on foot, to the Rimini-Miramare railway station and the Metromare. we are also a minutes walk from the "Fiabilandia" amusement park.

The managers are very kind and welcoming. The room is fully equipped and very clean. A pleasure to have stayed with them. Definitely worth noting if I come back to Rimini.

Great bed and breakfast in a good location, secure street parking and very helpful and friendly managers. Extremely clean and welcoming rooms, breakfast like a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended, a great solution for Rimini.

Villa not very far from the sea, almost perfect location in summer, quiet in winter. Very beautiful structure and comfortable rooms, Maria Pia is a 'master' in welcoming and makes you feel immediately comfortable. Also suitable for short stays or brief stops.
