Description
This very nice house early '60s, surrounded on all sides by a garden with flowers and plants, is located in the center of Ravenna in a few minutes walk from the famous monuments, bars, restaurants and shops.
From the garden you go up 10 steps and you reach the entrance and from there to the dining room furnished with a couch, two comfortable armchairs, table, sideboard, flat screen TV. Opposite the entrance is a seating area with sofa, desk, fireplace, TV. Also a dining room with table, chairs and sideboard and a kitchen full of everything. On the same floor there is a small bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms: a large double bed (or twin) room with wardrobe and cupboard with door to the balcony and two double bedrooms (or twin beds) plus a large bathroom. The floors, the bathroom, the stairs are made of marble. In the bedrooms the floor is parquet. The windows have mosquito nets.
On the ground floor are two large rooms with washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and a room with table, chairs and a fireplace to cook on the grill.
Additional services: free wifi, garden chairs, parking spaces in the garden, pets allowed, mosquito nets. Not handicap accessible.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The house is very cozy and equipped with everything necessary. For those traveling by car, the parking is very convenient. It's practically in the city center but you can easily avoid the ZTL or still reach home comfortably on foot or by bus. We hope to come back next year!
