The structure consists of two adjacent two-room apartments, with independent entrance, located on the ground floor.
They are equipped with a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with a equipped kitchenette and two single sofa beds. Each two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Check-in is from 4: 00 pm and check-out is by 10: 00 am.
Each two-room apartment has a private courtyard and a reserved parking space, available for an additional fee of €10 per day. Additionally, there is an electric car charging service available (upon request and for an additional fee).
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited.

The structure is welcoming and equipped with all the comforts useful for the stay (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, kitchenette reserved for guests only, etc.). The owner is very helpful and kind. During our stay, we felt at home. It is connected with public transport to reach the city center in a few minutes. For those who need it, it is only a few meters away from the Villa Laura Clinic. I recommend it to everyone!

I have just returned from a long weekend, but it was very pleasant, thanks also to the beauty of Villa Laura Holiday House. A well-deserved applause to Mr. Antonio, who with his kindness and availability, combined with great professionalism, has managed to create a place that is first and foremost very clean, modern, tastefully furnished, equipped with every comfort, air purification ionizer, lights, stereo. Very close to the Villa Laura Hospital and therefore well positioned for the purpose of the trip. However, 800 meters away is the Bologna Mazzini station, and with a train, you arrive in 10 minutes at the central station and then to the center of Bologna. The house is perfect. Antonio has a courtesy and attention that is truly special. Hello Antonio! Thanks again for the hospitality.

I booked the night before the intervention at Villa Laura Holiday House, a perfect place because it is very close to the clinic. The owner's daughter arrived immediately to welcome us, very kind, helpful, and she gave us very useful indications. The structure is new, very comfortable, clean, and with a parking space. Highly recommended.

Close to the Villa Laura clinic. The only thing is that the parking is a bit tight for two cars. The entrance is not very convenient, not because of the manager, but because of the cars parked along the road. But everything else is very nice.
